Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
could be very good could also be very bad.
because everything must also always have good motivation, good intentions, and good understanding.
if someone is investing in crypto for the purpose of getting rich quick, it really doesn't matter.
but the problem behind that big intention, is being able to not bear all the risks.
because it seems that the existing beginners have high dreams, but can't afford to take risks, that's the problem.
regarding the initial intention of wanting to get rich quick is not a problem, but what must be justified is the journey to that success.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
There isn't a business that runs without profits and loss... Infact, that's why it's called TRADING. These two are the major criterion to that ensures proper function.
I don't even think that the fact that anyone shouldn't rush into any business appears to guarantees the reduction in the losses that should be experienced, as long as you're a beginner in it -- I only thing it'll CURB THE SITUATION.
Same thing with the HODLing processes; you'll lose major at first, that's if you haven't had proper orientation as to how things works... I'm afraid you'll keep losing even when you know exactly what you're doing; in HODLing, it doesn't require your opinion to know you you'd wanna loss or not...as long as you're still HODLing funds between the DIP, you'll lose too. At the same time, pay day awaits you with huge profits.

When you lower your expectations, you avoid harm. Humans only experience pain when their expectations are not met.

Having a high expectations in crypto is so wrong in the sense that you can't foresee the next line of action of what crypto will be tomorrow. Those who are new to cryptocurrency tend to have high expectations because they were taught that it will yield enormous returns on their investments.

Even when I was a newbie, I've been guilty of having unrealistic expectations in the field of cryptocurrency. I can relate to how it feels when a cryptocurrency investment doesn't turn out as planned. The encounter is disastrous.

The way we explain to newcomers that cryptocurrency is not a get-rich scheme, in my opinion, is the only way to manage their excessive expectations.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
For most, yeah. Else, what's the purpose of venturing into the crypto industry or any industry at that. It's always about the profit and cryptocurrency which was supposed to serve as an alternative to fiat payments is now serving more as an asset and everyone holding has lost focus on it serving for an asset, at lesst for now.

So, not seeing it for the profit you ca get is a hard thing go do but, seeing it to be anything easy is where users would be making a hell of mistakes. If it were easy, then everyone would have won but, because of its difficulties, we've got people having there take to run off in loses. This doesn't mean therr atrnt others who are seeing themselves to some profit.

'Life's but a walking shadow'!
The average crypto enthusiast wants to get rich quick via crypto, it is now somewhat of the mindset of the majority; in another thread some days ago, i found out that an average South Korean youth who is into crypto is basically in it to get a good life, and prolly escape poverty that is an obvious issue for him and his mates. With that kind of mindset you begin to wonder the possibility of these kind of people not making a costly mistake in the long run, because get rich quick investors usually skip some valuable lessons in the network.

Having said that, i have absolutely zero problems with a person being ambitious, but sometimes it is best to know what can actually come to fruition, and what cannot, i mean, it definitely helps one to control the risks they take, and to be able to handle disappointments when they come (because they definitely will).

for crypto beginners?
In cryptocurrency investment, it's something that have to do with both advantages and disadvantages, so therefore i believe that Bitcoin have do with many things, and before you can as well become propagate in Bitcoin investment, either trading, short term investment neither Long term investment, you most have known the foundation or the rudiments of Bitcoin, let me be plan or district to you op, what gives profit in Bitcoin investment, is ability of the investors to microscope the market chart before investment and after investment. So if investor can interpret a Bitcoin chart, theirs every tendency that they will be a sustainable profit towards your investment.

beginners who have high expectations in the crypto market are not wrong. it means they have an extraordinary interest and affinity for crypto. like that, someone who is new to crypto will start making plans gradually regarding investing or trading.
Everyone certainly has expectations in life. but of course, they also have to be aware of some risks that must be faced. Most importantly, when we are aware of the risk and we consciously take it, even though it will fail in the first step, it will not be a barrier for beginners to develop their potential.
I agree that having high expectations is okay as long as it is realistic. It may be like a spirit to learn crypto seriously. Without expectation, beginners may learn crypto without big motivation. However, it is true that beginners must realize the obstacles and potential risks, too. So, they don't think that it will be easy to achieve the expectation. There are some beginners who expect to gain big money instantly, it is surely the wrong expectation. Before thinking of gaining big money, beginners must focus on learning first.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
Although there may be many members that don't agree with this, for me, I do really agree with this. The too high expectation in crypto is not good not only for beginners but also for everyone in this crypto business. I have had several bad experiences with having a too high expectations. But the result really was not what I thought and expect, too far away and the expectation never comes true. This is what I feel so far. that is why after several bad experiences about those, I suggest myself that never expect too much in crypto. If I have good profits, I will take it as a bonus. but I will not expect too much, only set certain targets that are really affordable to reach and realized as possible.
When you expect be it high or low you will be disappointed or you are prone to being disappointed. So even if you have to expect as a human it doesn't need to be high. When your high expectations fail it can lead to depression and it may lead to taking extra other risk which might not be necessary at all.
In all you do be moderate and don't expect much so that you won't be badly disappointed if your expectations are not met.

high hopes after going through an in-depth analysis process then it will be very good. However, high expectations without first being equipped with qualified analysis and knowledge will indeed not be good. But to be honest I also have very high hopes in crypto. but especially in bitcoin. But even though I have quite high expectations, that doesn't mean I have to spend more money. but I still control myself by only using the money that is ready to be risked in this high-risk investment. because I realize that crypto volatility is very high, different from stocks and property. But to go to a more advanced step sometimes we have to dare to take risks. but of course with caution.

Taking risks must also be done in a smart way. do not be too careless with the investment that will do. Many of them failed because they were too brave to take risks and had high hopes without being equipped with sufficient knowledge. They only hope that without having management, put in enough money without research first. Volatility can be very dangerous if you don't know what to do.
High expectations must also be balanced with sufficient knowledge, as well as carrying out capital management and risk management, it will help us to achieve these expectations.

While all you have said are true still I won't discourage anyone from having high expectations in the industry because they're all possible but what I'll advise against are for those expectations to be long term goals and not short term. Have the big dreams but do understand that those things take time. Don't come into the market with the hopes of making $100k from just $100 investment in a period of 1-2years, sure people have done it in the past but they were very lucky and didn't even know it'll work.
I guess the majority of newbie in crypto expect huge returns for their small investment. Obviously that's impossible even though in the past it was possible. Early bitcoin investors get huge returns more 10 years [2009 - 2021], if they can actually survive the market fluctuations during that time. Likewise with altcoin, they need time to get return - of course being patient is important.

I believe there is a return on investment, but its size depends only on the investment assets in the portfolio and the amount of the investment budget. They must be patient, and they will be get worth it returns.

I don't mind high expectations in the crypto space as long as they are reasonable. But of course, duck can never be a car if one doesn't know how it works. I mean, $100 may never buy a car, but if they manage their budget well then there must be hope that in a few years they can buy a car. But either way, some one shouldn't expect to get rich overnight on crypto.

So having a high expectation is the beauty of investing in crypto currency.

the most important thing is not to place our high expectations on the wrong assets. we can have high expectations when we invest in the right assets. it's not a problem when we also do the planning properly. we can also expect the trades that we do, as long as we do have sufficient skills to be able to continue to be profitable in trading. even if it is a small amount.

but some beginners have very little experience. or maybe because they were too excited to do it. it makes them look like suicide. without knowing which asset is worth buying, and instinctively they buy shitcoin in the hope that it will get a decent return. or knowingly following the advice of friends or others when placing futures trades without proper skills and knowledge.

we can have high expectations when we do have the ability. otherwise, I'm afraid the crypto space will only dash their hopes.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners
I guess most of us who start in cryptocurrency expect to get rich easily when we invest in it, probably because we know someone or we have a friend that gets lucky on cryptocurrency that gets rich easily. And then when you enter cryptocurrency you also expect that it is an easy investment where you could easily profit when you just invest. And then after losing a lot of your investment you start to learn more about crypto and learn that it is not that easy, that you need to be careful investing in it and not make it something that you would rely on because not all people who invest in it will earn a profit, only a small percentage of investors win and most of the investors are losers.

And then you started to earn profit in investing because you already learn bitcoin, and then it all started from that you are interested already and wanted to share what is cryptocurrency or bitcoin and what it is capable of. For me, it is just normal for a lot of people of beginners to have high expectations, but the truth is we all have high expectations in it that is why we continue to invest in cryptocurrency because we believed on it that someday even though it hit a very low price at the moment, in the future it is going to repeat history where it is going to hit its new high and all of the people who invested when it's low get their reward.

I see a lot from the perspective of some beginners like me who are new to cryptocurrency.
Sometimes, some of them see the cryptocurrency world as an easy way or business to get profits or get rich quickly.
This perspective comes up because we are seeing so many people become rich because of crypto, so many people are able to get high profits from crypto trading and investment, and how many people spread and notice their accounts with huge money because of this crypto business.

But, most of them don't understand and don't even want to see what kind of process that that successful crypto results have been passing. We sometimes only see the success of someone, but we don't consider what kind of obstacles and experiences they have been passing. This will not be easy for us and they may also have experienced bad things very much in this crypt business. But as long as doing good consistency with good evaluation to be much better, they finally can be successful as we think right now.

But unfortunately, many newbies don't see and cosnider about this. Many newbies consider that it is very easy to be rich from crypto that is why they want instat ways. It ends up in getting scammed becuase they are easily deceived by the scammers with high profit promises.
Unfortunately, if we're realistic, the majority of us won't make a fortune through cryptocurrencies. Most of us missed the train when Bitcoin was extremely affordable in the first few years of its founding, making it almost impossible to have a similar opportunity if you're starting from scratch. Personally, I'm fine with having a small side income through cryptocurrencies; becoming rich isn't one of my goals, nor is it realistic. However, as you've already mentioned, this perspective is often portrayed by the media, showing a minority of people who were clever, lucky, or both and took advantage of the earliest years.

Without high expectations I won't put in the work, I think high expectations have everything to do with excitement and if you are into something you love doing then the excitement will be present and high expectations will be your end goal, it is actually a good thing to be honest.
One can't go into something without having an expectation, that's where the joy comes in, investing or putting your resources into something, means you you should be expecting something in return, just like gamblers they have high expectation on the return that's why they stake, having an expectation is the fund of investing into something, that you will want to get a return from. So having a high expectation is the beauty of investing in crypto currency.

It’s not a problem to expect much in crypto but also make sure you know your limits when it comes to risky investments. Otherwise, you will be more eager to invest without thinking about the risk of losing, just because your mind is focus on the idea that crypto can make you real rich quick. So manage your risk, and always invest on the amount that you will not regret losing.

You'll be disappointed if you have absurdly high expectations, and this doesn't solely apply to cryptocurrencies but to life in general. Be realistic, and everything will turn out fine. The issue with cryptocurrencies is that media coverage made them look like a get-rich-quick scheme after portraying some early success stories. The truth is that there are people, even in this forum, who have made or are still making huge money through cryptocurrencies. However, chances are that the majority of us won't manage something like that, and this is where expectations fall through, which is why we need to be as realistic as possible to avoid feeling that disappointment.
It may also be known to us that crypto is not just life changing because of millions of profits you can gained from it, but it can also be a reason to turn your life upside down because you chose to deal with crypto the wrong way. The reason why setting high expectations are also not helping since it can lead us to frustrations and even anxiety. So live your life according to its realities. That way, you don’t have to exert much efforts especially in some things that you know won’t work in the end.

I will add this threat every thing that has the potential of giving back high ROI as a business. Generally life is full of risk but while we venture into risky stuffs with good prospects it is wise to keep our expectations feasible with low greed. Like the digital assets that are highly volatile it is better to take profits periodically if there are signs of more ROI than risking out everything. Sometimes external forces can push the market in the opposite direction of our analysis and predictions so to avoid been trapped taking profit and risking less safes our capitals from future calamity

I would say it depends but the condition of the market, having a high expectations will hurt you since it's very volatile. I wouldn't expect too much on my asset but if you are determined to make a huge profit in the future. Make sure you don't doubt and never regret on when you are selling your asset then reinvest after that. So, basically, all you need is a good plan whether it's plan A to Z in case the other plans doesn't work. That's all you need, determination!
You have a good point. No matter how risky it is, as long as you have your own plan on how to make it work, and you have faith in crypto that’s why your determined to succeed, then it’s never an issue if you set high expectations for crypto. For me, it’s also a sort of good motivation because I won’t be striving hard if I know from the start that taking all these risks are worth for nothing.

I don't think have problem with huge expectation in cryptocurrency world due many people have been success here but not blame about how many trader or investor losing their money after investing and trading in Bitcoin. Based on Bitcoin or altcoin price increasing seems not matter with high expectation in cryptocurrency world because many coins up more than above 1000% after launching and depending how lucky we are when investing in some altcoin.

Just make hard research before investing in Bitcoin or altcoin because always has potential one time to earn much profit trough cryptocurrency coins and we don't know which one coins will make us rich.

It is not nice to have high expectations in cryptocurrency especially when you did not invest a very huge sum amount of money and also when you did not hold for a minimum of five years.
Not everyone will be so lucky when they invest in crypto. Some became very wealthy because their investments exploded due to huge price increases, but the majority did not. I think it's okay to have high expectations about this investment, that's optimistic but it has to be commensurate with the investment budget one has.

I think one can expect 0.0041 bitcoin today to bring them high returns in the future. The estimate is $283 if bitcoin returns to $69K, or $848 if bitcoin can touch 3x its previous ATH. This was an unmistakable high hope, but it was only a matter of time and how likely they would hold it without a doubt.

Having high expectations will do one of the following to you, it will either make you not to sell when you are supposed to sell because your expectation is not met. Or it will make you to invest in shitcoins were  both your capital and profit you will not see either of them. So it is better to invest what you are able to lose and not lose all because of high expectations.

We hear this proverb a lot, "too much is not good". Similar to the amount of expectation, I believe we should never expect too high if the odds are obviously showing it or if we do not know anything about the matter.
Remain neutral, I think it is a good discipline for someone being a newbie. You can expect things to happen, but they should be closer to reality. Be rational.
As the market has been bearish for a long time, investors' confidence in cryptocurrencies is increasing along with their expectations. But there is reason enough to raise expectations. Because the crypto world has given such hints many times. But expectations should generally be realistic. If I expect a target of $100000 in the next 1-2 years for Bitcoin, it certainly cannot be exaggerated. But here if i expect 1 million usd that may be exaggeration. Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
Not just in crypto but also in other aspects of life high expectations always find a way to bring you down so expect the worst just as much as you expect the best. High expectations are bad because of the high level of disappointment it brings along. In crypto high expectations often leads to greed which results to loss of assests so its bad for everyone not just beginners to expect so much from a project.

It is critical to move toward any speculation with a sensible and objective outlook, remembering ventures for the crypto world. While the potential for exceptional yields can be enticing, it's memorable's vital that putting resources into digital currencies accompanies an elevated degree of hazard.

Here are a few justifications for why it very well might be fitting to not have elevated standards in the crypto world:

Unpredictability: Digital currencies are known for their high instability, and that implies that their costs can vary quickly and unusually. This can prompt huge additions or misfortunes, contingent upon economic situations. This unpredictability can make it hard to foresee the exhibition of digital currencies over the long haul precisely.

Absence of guideline: The crypto market is to a great extent unregulated, and that intends that there is no administration oversight or security for financial backers. This can make it hard to safeguard your ventures and may build the gamble of extortion or robbery.

Absence of standard reception: Regardless of developing interest in digital currencies, they are as yet not broadly taken on by standard organizations and purchasers. This can restrict their true capacity for development and make it challenging to acknowledge critical profits from ventures.

Specialized intricacy: Digital currencies can be actually perplexing, which can make it hard for the typical financial backer to comprehend and assess their true capacity. This can prompt deception or errors about the innovation and its possible purposes.

While there is potential for development and benefit in the crypto world, moving toward these ventures with alert and sensible expectations is significant. It is likewise fitting to talk with a monetary guide or direct your own careful exploration prior to putting resources into digital forms of money.

I guess having high expectations in crypto especially for beginners is not that bad actually since it can serve as their motivation to gain more knowledge and understanding about crypto, to be more patient and resilient about crypto. The only reason it becomes bad is that when these newbies start to assume that there is always huge profits in crypto, and that the chances of losing is very small. So they end up believing in lies because the fact is crypto has its higher chances of losing especially if you believe it’s a get-quick-rich scheme, and it could be life changing too once you put all your life savings in crypto and lose them all in the process.

For me here is good, Because some of us are destined by everything you start and get a good deal on, and because we are not all doomed to failure in any way, expectations are good for Crypto beginners, in my opinion. For example, some people who started investing in cryptocurrency made a good profit right away and continued to do so over time. However, for others, it will take a long time before they start making a profit.

Must of us newbie forget to take in mind that these success stories and profits that some traders are making today in the crypto industry didn't happen out of no where. For behind those success stories are hardwork, self discipline to learn, time was spent and a lot of experience gained from losses upon losses. The bitter truth is some persons don't wants to go through all of these they just want to make it immediately but that's not how it works. For the crypto industry is not a get rich quick route.
Crypto is not a place to get rich quick with an instant experience. It takes a long time and a lot of work.
Those who look rich and have a lot of assets certainly do consistent work in crypto.
Defeat after defeat will indeed create a strong mentality. Understanding the basic knowledge that must be learned must be done, do not enter an unfamiliar place without finding out whether it is safe or not. Research is very important.
I feel it myself how to struggle to survive in crypto, trading, investing etc. I did in crypto and even lost some valuable assets of course I have also felt. Stay calm and focus on the main goal.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
I see a lot from the perspective of some beginners like me who are new to cryptocurrency.
Sometimes, some of them see the cryptocurrency world as an easy way or business to get profits or get rich quickly.
Many of them have this kind of perspective because they see other people's success from crypto.
What they don't even know is how difficult the person's struggle was before being successful and making a profit in the crypto world.
Not only success but in fact many negative cases have occurred in the crypto world.
Sometimes beginners don't realize they have entered a "landmine area".
One wrong step means they will enter into negative news from the impact of cryptocurrency risks.

From that, I try to keep reminding myself and for beginners like me.
Not to have too high expectations in the cryptocurrency world.
Cryptocurrency is a high-risk and very volatile thing.
In my opinion, it is not suitable for us if we only have too high expectations.

If you want to be successful in crypto or whatever we do or try, let's not have too high expectations first.
But try as hard as possible to learn what opportunities we can take advantage of.
It's the same with being in this crypto world.
Don't have too high expectations of getting rich quick in cryptocurrency.
However, focus more on increasing knowledge and views on ways of thinking to find where we can take the opportunity to benefit from this cryptocurrency world.

Learn and increase as much knowledge as possible from various existing sources.
Then we have to know and determine how we can take advantage of this cryptocurrency world in order to get maximum profit.
We must determine according to our current conditions and capabilities.
Set your limits and don't be greedy so you won't be too disappointed when you don't succeed or experience losses in the crypto world.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
Having expectations is good, but when It becomes too ambiguous or vague, it becomes a problem. The best way to channel your expectations as a newbie in crypto, is to learn by research, ask older members/users and participate in contributing your opinion to thread posts on boards of this forum.
Once you feel you know alot to give it a try, take a shot at owing some crypto and use it to perfect your particular interest in cryptocurrency world.
With these careful calculated goals, your expectations would not be too high nor too low to see through. with steady dedication to the acronym DYOR which stands for do your own research, I believe your expectations would be easier to fulfil.

I really hate it if someone creates a thread but never comes to counter what he created.
OP, you must answer a conclusion because lots of advice will be found about crypto investment, so if you are on exchange, you will find that notice on every website, so nothing to worry about it.
Also, we will find that notice in general on every thread here.
So if still general, and you don't find any especially answer, you must close it.

Hi @Sarah Azhari, I'm new to this forum.
I apologize in advance as this is the first thread I've created.
I try to convey my thoughts and also as a reminder for myself and for other beginners not to just have high expectations in this crypto world.
I don't understand what you mean, why should I fight back on what was said or other people's opinions?
I always visit this thread I created and always read all opinions submitted.
I haven't commented yet doesn't mean I left the thread I just made.
Instead of you hating me, I ask for your wisdom if it turns out I'm wrong or I break the rules remind and teach me.
Do you think my thread is inappropriate and should be closed or deleted? Or why should I close my thread?.
Please give me a clear and good explanation without hating newbies like me.
Thank you and apologize to all if I'm wrong and ask for guidance because I'm still a beginner.

It's okay to have high expectations because basically cryptocurrencies are speculative assets so it's natural that a lot of people have high hopes for cryptocurrencies as long as we invest with the right coin and apply the right strategy like investing with bitcoin for the long term and I think this is one the only right choice especially since so far bitcoin has proven to be able to make many bitcoin investors successful even though they have to hold their bitcoins for a little longer so they can sell at high prices when they reach a new ATH which usually occurs in a 4 year cycle after the bitcoin halving.

I think these words do not only apply to beginners but other members who have been in the crypto world for a long time must also reflect on these words. often people in the crypto world have expectations of getting rich in a short time without them figuring out the ins and outs of how to achieve that, in the end, they are trapped in greed. it's not easy to get rich from crypto, there are many stages that must be passed.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?

actually high expectations are not so bad, and generally, expectations are everyone's fuel for hope, but some of these expectations fall into the toxic category. if beginners have high expectations of being rich in one night from crypto then they have toxic expectations but if a beginner has high expectations cryptocurrency can change their life then their expectations are very good.

Yeah, sure thing! Some people have made a ton of money with crypto, no doubt about it. But it is also important to remember that crypto can be a wild ride, with prices going up and down in a heartbeat. So if you are a beginner, getting your hopes up too high from the start could be a bad move. My advice is to do your homework and learn as much as you can about the risks and rewards before you invest. And don't treat crypto as a quick way to get rich - it is more of a long-term game. But remember, everything has its risks. No risk, no reward!

Crypto has definitely its own high risks so if you enter into crypto with high hopes that it can eventually give you a life changing profits instantly, that is certainly a wrong mindset. You don’t have to expect a lot especially if you are still a beginner since most newbies end up losing at first before they start making profits. They have to focus first on acquisition of knowledge and skills first before they start taking opportunities on how to be profitable with crypto. Only by then, it will be easier to them to avoid losses and maximize profiting.

I think word should be Don't be greedy, in the crypto industry. Because expectations are to be expected, and I  think expectations should be kept. I assumed you meant greed by high-expectations. Expectation can be held by those who have proper knowledge of trading, and greed is held by those who invest in the crypto industry to get more profit without having knowledge about trading. I have seen lots of people's who are thought that Investing in crypto currency can make you rich overnight. And I have seen more people who have faced huge losses by making such investments.
But at the end of the day risks and expectation both part of trading and there is a saying that no risk no gain , But that risk cannot be taken with a bunch of greed, you have to acquire proper knowledge and then take this risk.

Having high hopes has never been a problem in my opinion, infact if you are a crypto-currency enthusiast you would definitely have high hopes about Crypto-currency.

My problem is not with the high hopes but the problem is letting those hopes beclouds our sense of reasoning and research, have high hope of you want to but be realistic with facts and research.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?

High hopes are great, but high expectations not so much. You shouldn't expect anything to be given to you, but you should be a believer in everything you do.

Those who throw money away without understanding the investment and believing in its success you're going to be scared easy and made to do whatever the ones that pull the strings want at the time. They can feed you false information, manipulate the price but all of this can be only done for a period of time because it costs them money. A person who understands the technology will not get distracted but a newbie with high expectations will and will get destroyed in this market.

We are all wired differently, some people do great things only when they have high expectations, it's like dreaming big toward your goals which can boost up your activities when investing, there is a big difference between someone who invested 100$ in bitcoin and someone who invested 1000$ in bitcoin, as you can see, their ROI can never be the same.

It is very good to have high expectations sometimes and as I've said, we are all different, when I have high expectations I always work harder to make the dream become a reality, hope this doesn't confuse anyone.

No, just like any other things that people pursue. High expectations are most likely just going to end up in a disappointment so hold your expectations especially in dealing with money if you can or you must. To be honest, crypto are not really made primarily just for the sake of earning profits. They have their own use cases and that is why it gets that so-called "value" from the buyers or we call them - "investors".

Cryptocurrency investment can be a long-term game, and investors should not expect quick or guaranteed returns. It's essential to have a well-informed and rational investment strategy and to monitor the market carefully. As with any investment, there are no guarantees, and it's crucial to balance the potential risks and rewards to make informed decisions.

So don't put high expectation on it as a beginner, eventhough most beginners in crypto are interest in crypto because of placing high expectation to become rich fast but they will learn along with time.

People who get into Cryptocurrencies come with huge expectations. That they will do a lot from this digital platform. And most of the people are coming to these platforms by seeing the ads of various online platforms and the success of others. But don't expect too much here.  Because if you expect more from here, you will see later that you have faced a big loss. So it is not right to bring high expectations here by seeing the success of others or the attractive advertisements of online platforms.

Cryptocurrency has already created a positive perception among people where people are able to change their financial life very quickly. People's perception is getting stronger day by day. Many are coming to crypto without realizing it. Some are succeeding here and some are failing. However, expectations should not be high before investing. Maybe many of us know that many people here today have reached a better place in a very short time. But it is not that i will be successful in that sequence. Those who have the patience they will be successful. Another very common term associated with cryptocurrency is risk. Those who wait patiently with risk can become gainers.

Cryptocurrency technology that is increasingly developing is considered to be one of the investment instruments that can provide very fast profits. Interest in Cryptocurrency can't be stopped after seeing the success of other people getting unexpected profits.

Even though people already know the risks that can be posed in Cryptocurrency, this does not dampen their interest in investing in this investment instrument. For Newbies who are just setting foot in Cryptocurrency, start with a small capital first so that the risk of loss that you have to bear is also small. Never be tempted by the big profits that other people get, do it slowly and throw away thoughts of getting rich in an instant.

Not many will want to listen and stick to this advice until they suffer the heartbreak and financial losses caused by this high expectations. People think that it is all set and made once they invest in cryptocurrency and that with as little as $10 that they will become rich. Such mindset has made alot of them to hate anything cryptocurrency once they suffer defeat from such investment. We all should have a moderate expectations that is possible and not that type where you invest $10 and expect to make $10,000 from it.

Apart from the cryptocurrency industry which is relatively new, in any other sectors, having high expectations is not encouraged.  This brings high expectations in newbies. It is the kind of testimonies the newbies were told that brings the high expectations like ×100 ×200.
Maybe they were told that bitcoin will make rich and that get rich quick idea will stick to their brains and that ushers in high expectations. If there is high expectations in success, there will also be high expectations in losses. Vice versa

This is related to the mindset you brought into the market. Having high expectations for the bitcoin market usually does not pan out, and this has hurt more people than making their dreams come true. Some people believe that if you've set a goal and are determined to achieve it, nothing should prevent you from abandoning it. If a large number of people have this mindset, more people will continue to endure market volatility and decline until their dream is realized.

Well said, all of the advice is very important because almost all newcomers to the crypto world have a very high expectation of making quick money from cryptocurrency, which is not the case, and some newcomers do not even care to get knowledge before starting their investment because they saw people making money from it.
Before beginning a Bitcoin investment, it is best to first gain a basic understanding of Bitcoin and how it works.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?
Not only beginners but even people that are in the game don't have too many expectations because the Cryptocurrency market is not predictable.

Greed is the main thing that affects new investors because they don't want to take high risk and they are expecting too much profit which most times lead them to a complete loss of their total investment.

I think a lot of people that are new to investing in crypto will think that it is easy way to get rich. Especially if the market is bullish and everything keeps rising and rising! We just always need to have a plan in mind when to buy and when to sell, but it is easier said than done.
It's perfectly fine to believe that there's money to be made; there's a high chance that even a newbie can earn if s/he buys now and simply waits a year or two. However, we need to distinguish that becoming rich and earning some side money are two completely different things. People who became millionaires had mined or bought coins at ridiculous prices, something that is no longer feasible. Even if the value triples now, you still won't be any closer to being rich by having $10,000–$20,000 in Bitcoin. You'll earn a decent amount, for sure, but it won't make you a millionaire. This era has passed, and some newbies are yet to comprehend that it's theoretically impossible to happen again.

Apart from all the good and beautiful things about big profits, the best place to start is to understand all the holes and gullies that people can fall into on their way to investing. It would be foolish to think that all those people who are somehow connected with Bitcoin have become successful. It is strange that some do not understand this but dive into this world, not at all understanding how and when to be careful.
You always need to understand that you cannot earn all the money in the world, but in order to earn at least something, you need to know the direction from which you expect change. Education is the best choice; haste always leads to regrets, and whoever understands this gets all the prizes.

No, you don't have to expect too much in the crypto world, especially if you beginner. You know, if we talk about crypto, beginners only know how to get profit, and how to trade it on exchange. The beginner thinks Cryptocurrency is the goods, so that if have a chance, they bought it and sell it when having the moment.

crypto is broad with many aspects that should have thinking besides the profit, which will change if they focus only on 1 kind, such as bitcoin.

Do you think high expectations are good for crypto beginners?

You have said it all in you post. Having high expectations can lead to so many unfortunate things, like you said some people actually got into crypto because of the success of others and without even trying to find out what they went through to get to where they're right now, the sacrifices they made, the pain and hardship they endured during their journey. No, they just jump into it thinking that they'll also be as successful as that person and when things doesn't goes as planned they start having cold feet about if they should continue or not. If you don't want my unnecessary pressure then you shouldn't have high expectations in crypto.

Having high expectations is nothing but normal especially for a newbie. This will definitely give him/her the motivation that they need in order to start their processes and learnings in the cryptocurrency world. But having high expectations can also backfire especially if that person becomes overconfident and arrogant to begin with.

Channel this burning passion and rage in learning the fundamentals in the cryptocurrency world. If investing into this platform were that easy, then everybody would have been millionaires by now. Again, having high expectations is not necessarily bad but you have to place such expectations in the right place in order to take advantage of such motivation.

I think there is nothing wrong with having a high expectation. Like I hear multinational speakers saying it is better for you to plan and aim higher so that when you don't get the high target then you can still settle for some below and better. It is a target to work towards and it keeps the person who want to achieve it not to be lazy but to fight harder with the picture of the target on his face.
We may have high hopes but don't expect too much because if you can't reach the expectations you will be disappointed, but with regard to btc investing then high expectations are not too bad, the history of bitcoin has reached a price above speculation and we hope that the next ath will be higher, hope all crypto community can reach $100k price.

Lol,everybody has expectation, and I used to think that expectation is what brings motivation,if you aren't expecting anything, you won't be motivated to do nothing. When one is expecting something,he works extra miles to achieve his set target, but it seems it's different in crypto, because your high expectations here can lead to heartbreak, and emotional trauma which is unhealthy. That is why it is adviceable to take it step by step, one at a time.
Putting all your money in investmests because you are expecting to be rich in less than no time might just end you in loss. That is why it is good to strategies, read the market, and calculate well before making any big move.
