I just found a pool where the hashrate will be distributed, and not like the big big pools where you will receive a small share, or a small pool where you will not find a block. Over here you get people that are similar to YOUR hashrate! I have created a Team India mini-pool which is connected to the big pool allowing us to get much more, as this is needed because of the rising difficulty. I know referral is not allowed, but just look at my signature to get into Team India, and we can share the profits and earn more!

you can also create team on BTCguild, I created Team India out there. If you create team it will not affect you earning. what affect is - payout system PPS, DMG, ect.
Also in currect difficulty it does not make sense joining small pool, as such pools can have very long shifts and that will affect your earning. Some pools just simply will steal your hash rate, some will charge high commission and you get paid with delay or never.
Mine on BTCguild there is no better public pools does not matter what is your hash rate.
