Every information that a newbie need to know and consider in this crypto industry is very well said by this. It doesn't mean that bitcoin is pumping and having its bullish run may indicate that altcoins will do the same especially if that is just a new developed alts. Dealing with cryptos, you really need to have prior and wider knowledge about it in order to avoid loses because crypto is so volatile. Also, bear in mind that if you really want to gain more in this industry you need to do it long-term. 
Newcomers to crypto are generally also newcomers to investing, and they don't understand how pump and dump works, or they think that they can outsmart the manipulators. The truth is, altcoin markets are insanely risky, and that risk makes it simply not worth investing.
