What's hard about withdrawing money from paypal? Are you North Korean?
I think heis either from those countries that PayPal is not accepted or in used and he is afraid of uploading his documents or doing kyc. I did not see what is hard there simple download your documents and all the $260 will be your or trying and read PayPal terms and conditions if you are afraid. PayPal is good and it will still remain one of the best online payments procession.

Hello fellas, I got $260 paypal funds, from a trusted source  ofcourse but I didn't know much about Paypal with their current rules. I'm asked to "Accept the money" i.e the $260 and when I click on it, it directs me to some document verification. Can anyone help?? I just need the 200$ and the 60 will be yours.
Thanks.
If it's asking for document verification then it's asking for your identity to prove. You need to give them your driving license, any kind of bills to prove address etc stuffs. They should have a clear instruction on their site. Just explore.
I bought the paypal account, it's already verified.
Chances for the old owner to regain the access are high because he has the verified documents so he can be able to access from another device. So it looks like you are going to be scammed but later.

Stick it into the Forex, and use a good Fisher indicator - like Fisher Yur4ik - to make yourself a fortune.

Cool

I read that you do not want $60 paypal. There is this forum which has $10 subscription. Will you make the payment for me so that I post there for people who liked me.

That's a red flag you know. I doubt if you will be able to access those balance unless you find the original owner to verify it with the same details that used to verify the account.

Good luck with it.
