Without looking at the blending platform you have used and bitcoin address where you have sended/withdrawn your bitcoin from cex nobody can tell you what could had happened exactly.

If you know the bitcoin address where you have withdrawn your bitcoin and don't like to post that address here, check that address in https://blockchain.info/address/thatbitcoinaddress to see does it have those bitcoin still there or does that address have received any bitcoin or not.

If that address have bitcoin or had received bitcoin before try to solve this issue with the support team of the site you have used and also don't forget to update your situation if it get solved.

What did technical support told you? Also do you exactly know that website where you were trying to login wasn't phisher? Because if you were already registered than your account won't be deleted. Did your transaction get confirmations? Sometimes it's happening that payment don't gets confirmed and than there are many processes to do and of course share payment link here.

I'm not sure how bitblender works exactly but I do know that most blenders have a time delay so I would see if you in fact had any sort of delay set up. Is there any sort of document that you download before you mix your coins? I would check that if there is to see if there were a certain amount of hours before it would be sent back to you. That and make sure the transaction sent to the mixer address is actually confirmed.

Are you use bitblender TOR address? I may think if you were deleting 1 or more character after paste your deposit address in ccex. But I don't ever believe there is no bitblender copycat in nowadays.

Yep. Most likely reason is you got diverted to/or went to a fake/copycat site. If not, then, you mentioned contacting support,
so what exactly did they say? And do tell us which blender site it was.

You cannot post images yet as you are only newbie rank. You can however, upload the image to imgur, copy the direct link and paste said link to your post here. Another user could quote you, then the image will show up.

If you have confirmed that you were on the "real" blender site you previously used, tell us what support asked/said and directions given, if any.

The thing that you greyed out is what we need to know. If you can't tell us the address then there's nothing we can do.
Also like I said post the url of the site you're using. It's possible that you're not using the real bitcoin blender site (would explain why your old account doesn't work anymore).

Share the addresses or transactions, we don't have much to work with to help you.
However, considering you're using a tumbler and you might not want to.

so i have a a bit coin on cex and have sent a certain percentage to bit coin blender so i can tumble my coins and it worked like a charm. and a week week later i tried doing the same thing again so i try logging in to my same account on bitcoin blender and it seems to not be valid and not existing so i open another account no big deal and then copy and paste the wallet number from bitcoin blender to cex to withdraw the money from my cex account and i went through the whole confirmation process and even talked to the technical support and i cannot seem to find out where my coins went if anyone could possible help me pm or share some insight that would be great

I use as well C-CEX from time to time. I have never had any problem with sending BTC to another adress.
You can Always verify to which adress you have send the BTC, by clicking on the following buttons :
- first you click on the button at the left side under C-CEX
- than you go to 'LEDGER' and click on 'history'
- in the history you can see a line where is mentiones 'withdrawal'
On this line you can see how much BTC and to which address you have sent them.

I got tired just reading your post. So you're saying that you withdrew some bitcoins from cex to a bitcoin blender address but you aren't receiving it? What's the address you used and what's the URL of the site?

Seems like we're getting lots of brand new accounts here.  Tongue
