definitely not the biggest since hyperliquid has recently made a really big airdrop that generates generational wealth for people who frequently trades there and I doubt there's any big airdrop like that anymore in the future even doubtful when it's coming from projects funded by VC, hype could do that big of an airdrop because they went full committed to their community.
but regardless, I think this sonic airdrop is interesting since the price of FTM has been inreasing the reward pool is also increasing and it seems they just want to make their chain active again so it makes sense.
though I heard in twitter they'd do airdrop distribution or TGE mid 2025 which is gonna be long campaign if i'm being frank.
well I just hope the reward outweigh the potential time and effort spent testing the project.

Well I am following alot of the crypto airdrops and did not know this one is going to happen. But we have to be careful when we say things like you are saying.
If there is people that made 7 figures a few months ago in a single day is not easy for us to believe. If you say it is 'free money' well then you are going to scare the hunters away.

Don't promote a false narrative. There is no way Sonic will be the biggest drop in crypto history. I've seen the proposal on the fantom forum, and between 5-10% of the current FTM FDV is expected to be used for future airdrops to incentivize the new sonic chain. Note "future airdrops" not just this one everyone hopped on to farm.
It's also worth noting that the current FDV is 3.5B and 6% of that would be around $210M. They've been plenty drops in this range and no way near one of the biggest not to talk of it being the largest in history.
$3 is a stretch but it's the bull market, anything is possible.

If you’re not living under a rock, you’ve probably seen the Hyperliquid (HYPE) airdrop today. Most of us printed 5, 6, or even 7 figures in a single day for simply clicking a few buttons six months ago.
