This is not a pandemic, but a plandemic.
Your immunity will help you not to get sick with any diseases and viruses, so strengthen it, lead a healthy lifestyle, use healthy supplements (vitamin D, oregano and black cumin oil, and other supplements that increase immunity).
Medical masks will not help (if you want to protect yourself and other people, then use a gas mask or a respiratory mask that protects against aerosols, although this doesn't make sense, because this virus is not much more dangerous than the flu).
Think with your own head, do not watch or read the news (more precisely, a show with elements of drama and psychological thriller), there is almost nothing but propaganda and intimidation.
We are human beings, do not let the system or ignorant people violate your freedom. But do not argue with anyone, treat this with understanding and kindness, they are also people who are still sleeping.

Always remain human, even when a faceless system is more popular than humanity.

I’m not remotely panicking, I’m in my 20’s & relatively healthy. I certainly won’t be taking any vaccine, my immune system is more than good enough to fight off the phantom flu.

the rules for covid19 are rules of personal hygiene that should always be followed regardless of the virus, well ventilate the rooms where we usually stay, away (from strangers) and hand washing are always valid rules, surgical masks have an entrance protection of only 5% so for me they are not valid, you have to wear an ff2 mask that protects over 90% both in and out to be truly safe

Even as that we must ensure to maintain 3mtr distancing, moreover those that are phone and system addict must make sure we prevent using general system and keep off your mobile phone from anyone else.

As you say, those are some of the rules for Covid-19.

But the rules against Covid-19 are, take 6 to 10 grams of vitamin C + 200 mg of zinc + 50,000 units of vitamin D per day, based on what your doctor and your health practitioner say for you personally. The rest of going against Covid-19 is to get rid of the masks, and get some exercize among other people who don't wear masks, including hugging and embracing them.

I think there is no reason to panic. It's better to think about your own health and improve it. For example, do you maintain a healthy lifestyle? It's essential to eat a balanced diet and stay active in order to boost the immune system. Also, don't forget to take vitamins such as vitamin C, D3.
All of you are right about panicking. It won't help in these very hard times.

That will add nothing for people who are in hardship in the battle of this covid crisis. I agree to your suggestion about maintaining a healthy body and that's one good way to avoid the possible infection of covid19, having a strong immune system.

You know this mostly kills the poor as they can't provide a good meal to boast their immunity. Secondly most of us here are from cold county where their weather is very wet as it doesn't operates well in hash weather like african countries.
No.

It doesn't choose the status of living of the infected people but it is a factor and you're right with that explanation.

Cold, mild or hot weather countries, there's no exception even those countries that have fought it and eradicated it earlier than other countries.

Getting fresh air is very important.  A jogger in my neighborhood passed away recently because he was jogging with his mask on and didn't get enough oxygen...

He/she must have been over 65 and had co-morbidities... probably co-morbidity of the brain to not stop and take the mask off for a few minutes until he caught his breath.

Cool

From what I recall, he was young (below 45), but yes, probably suffered from extreme lack of common sense.

Without really knowing the details of his condition, who knows what happened. Every now and again somebody dies jogging. A few of them are well under 40. There might be a few under 30.

The guy in question was probably one of those who was stressed without the mask. He might have had hidden or undiagnosed comorbitities. In other words, he shouldn't really have been exercising as rigorously as he was even without the mask.

This mask thing really does seem to affect peoples brains. I was on a naturist beach a while ago, and one guy was naked apart from a mask. I wonder what he did when he went swimming. Another one was a guy walking a dog, and both of them were wearing masks. I'm not sure how he managed to persuade the dog not to rip off the mask.

Jogging and cycling with a mask isn't really recommended.

These are really good advice. The only and possible thing we can do to avoid infection is prevention. We must deal with this disease with caution, especially if we suffer from other diseases and our bodies cannot tolerate infection with this virus.
As long as we can keep healthy by consuming healthy food, keeping a positive mind, and being careful when we are in the public area, I think we can prevent the virus and protect ourselves. If we feel not right with our body, we need to take rest for a while, and don't forget to consume vitamins to keep healthy. We should take care of ourselves and our family from the infection and still use a mask when we go out, and don't forget to have sanitizer in your pocket.

Why?at least gave another  10 letters to support your post ,not just Yes or No,Be responsible in every post you will be making.

Well, panicking solves nothing. We should instead focus on how to self control and maintain social distancing norms to help isolate and not propagate a chain for infection of the virus. Corona is indeed very harmful and serious virus and the sufferers suffer really very badly!

Don't panic about Covid-19 Pandemic.

Rather, load your guns, because government is the worst thing that is happening in this fake pandemic.

Cool

The American way: shoot the guy who tells you to wear a mask at a mall in Florida, muh freedoms include perpetual denial. Nobody ever died from Covid-19, all is a gov conspiracy to keep us home, all those deaths are the flu.

In your own little world.

You got it! And I don't mean Covid. But if you have Covid, you won't die from it.

As Jet Cash says, "All what deaths?"

Covid deaths have all been so mixed up with other causes, that nobody can begin to tell how many Covid deaths are really there. It might only be a couple hundred around the world. Death totals aren't any different than other years.

The thing we know is that governments are going along with a lot of the Covid BS that is being handed down.

Guns get hot when you use them a lot. So, get a few more. Government is big.

I can't find any stats about the number of people that have died solely from the virus. All the totals seem to be just the people who have died with traces of the virus in their systems, or just have a couple of the symptoms, I wouldn't be surprised if the total who have died solely from the virus is under 100, and that is world wide.

Please don't talk about spreading infection. Be positive and say what it really is - spreading immunity.

I agree to all instructions that I have mentioned It has been many months since the virus has spread and has infected and killed large numbers of the world’s population. Fortunately, inks have been banned over the population, but this matter is not enough, as we must also follow some zakat rules, such as the one I mentioned, and that the most important rules for me is to wear a mask Durable and keep away from crowds and places delicate

You could always get a smaller bed. Cheesy

Fauci Doubles Down: 'Put On Your Goggles!'

Dr. Fauci is back in the limelight where he likes to be. In a recent ABC interview he informs Americans that if they "really want 100 percent protection" they should not only wear masks, but also goggles on their eyes. Will he be recommending space suits next week? Also in today's Liberty Report: With the latest Depression-level drop in US GDP, the real costs of the lockdown are becoming evident. Poverty, hunger, and more death will continue the foolish policy of shutting down the US economy instead of protecting the vulnerable. Plus, Are The Netherlands, Sweden, Mumbai, and Afghanistan all on the right track?

First, there isn't any proof for Covid. If it were contested in court with shrewd lawyers on both sides, and expert witnesses on both sides, there would be no proof for Covid.

Yes even at home we must be extra careful and practice social distancing. We can fight this covid if we follow the rules because its for our own safety.

Its just sad that many people here in our place are stubborn and keep on going outside despite of the lockdown. Strict rules must be implemented with punishment for them to take it seriously.

Things you need to do about this Coronavirus Pandemic

In my country we were asked not to move out, we have been indoor for some period of time and I wonder how some project managed to succeed this season, everyday by day we have much project Pumping in, how do we get investors that will invest in the project to succeed; most times bounty hunters keeps on working without payment, how would they manage to fulfilled there obligations and work loads at home, do you think is deem necessary running bounties now or hold till the season relief of the pandemic?

Well my little support to people around us:
1. Give a social distancing
2. Always use your face mask
3. Don't be in an air tight room
4. Don't sleep more than 2 in a particular room
5. Always wash and sanitized your hands after making contact with any objects

I have done my part as a btt user to make sure non will be find missing after this season of COVID-19.

I LOVE YOU ALL.

will be very happy to hear from you all as you drop your situation report in your country over here.

It is important to capture the number of people who may have been exposed to the source or returned from the epidemic area, then perform test on these people. inspection and isolation measure are also important.
That is the best measure now.

if we have done all this but the government in a region is still open access to their area, it is not effective at all.  the spread of this virus can actually be controlled it's just that the culture and education level of each region is different, in densely populated countries like India and Indonesia for example, Social distancing is very difficult to implement, I think the best way we can do right now just prays this "PANDEMIC" will pass quickly..

We can take care of our body by doing a simple thing, and we can also get healthy by eating healthy food and cleaning our homes and our room, so the virus does not infect us. Soon, we will see the virus will not spread in all places, and people who got affected will be cured.

Don't panic about Coronavirus. Why not? It is self vaccinating, when you do the lockdown thing.

Consider. CV dies when it sits out in the open. Dying doesn't simply cause the dead carcasses of these little buglets to evaporate. They simply lie there, dead, until somebody touches them, and picks them up on his skin. Then, many of these people place their hands into their mouths, and the dead CV buglets get into the person's system... thereby automatically vaccinating him. Remember, the CV buglet is dead, so it can't harm him.

Thanks for advises.

I don't allow anyone to enter my room unless it's for cleaning. And we have shortage of hand sanitizers but it doesn't mean that I won't clean my hands. As long as I can wash my hands through soap that would be a good alternative.

Social distancing is needed to avoid the droplets of the person you are talking to.

6. Dust your keyboard after making used by another user
7. Avoid using the same cup to drink water with anyone else in the family otherwise it's advised to wash it properly before using it to drink water, preferably have your personal cup to avoid contacting the virus.
8. It's advised before coming out from house, always puts on long-sleeves and trousers to avoid robbing or shading of bodies. you can get contacted with a patient who is infected with this disease. Note: it's invisible and communicable

I have done my part as a btt user to make sure non will be find missing after this season of COVID-19.

I LOVE YOU ALL.

will be very happy to hear from you all as you drop your situation report in your country over here.
