Anyone play here still and notice that the dice jackpot was reduced this morning by almost an entire BTC. You wouldnt believe what live chat told me when I asked them about this ... I will post screenshots if anyone cares to see.

They have closed and taken the balance of 207 FortuneJack.com accounts including mine, saying its due to some multi-accounting BS, but it is just a scam, FortuneJack.com know their users will log in via a shared IP, vpn, tor dynamic IP etc, hell several people in one household could have an account, fortunejack.com is just using this to justify stealing peoples bitcoins.

I believe if the mistake was on the software then he will get his money back but of course if it was his own mistake then FJ cant do anything.
Yes i was also confused by their bet logs but it was actually my mistake that i couldn't figure out how much i was winning and what is my actual balance. I keep playing on one of their slot machines with two deposits, one got faster confirmation so it appear on my balance and i started playing with it and in the meantime couldn't notice actually what i thought was my winning was my next deposit. I got angry and talked to the support and i checked all my bet logs one by one to figure out where i miscalculated my balance.
We need to wait for Fortunejack staffs to reply on this thread with explanation, they can be trusted and are known for good support.

It is a game by TOMHORN, not so popular provider compared to netent, endorphina, softwiss etc imho. Probably there was a glitch on the software that made his balance dissapear. Waiting for an official confirmation from Fortunejack regarding this issue.

Fortunejack was my favourite casino for really long time, but nowadays I avoid it too.

i think this is another risk that we could face when we are playing gambling because not all people will have this experience and i think the OP will thinking twice before he wants to playing gambling in that site or in another sites. beside that, i hope that the OP can learn from the mistake, maybe when this is happen, the site is having maintain so whatever members doing, it will not record in their database. i hope the OP have sending email for clarifying this to the site and i hope this problem can solve as soon as possible.
What honestly the error you receive you should do screenshot or video as a proof that you receive the error..
If you dont have a strong proof because sometimes in their system they can not read some issue. so better to make a screenshot when the error happens.. so that they can help you if you are just giving the history of your bet i think its useless

Since there is a max button and by mistake, you might have pressed.

Well I surely would have taken a photo had I known what was happening. Once the error 2000 200 popped up, I pressed ok and it didn't allow me click anything else so I closed out the game. I came back into I and I had 340 less credits.

Once I made the complaint that the bet wasn't included they sent me another photo with it included . Again this was after the original that they sent me and I said it wasn't even on the list ...

Do you see in your bet history that 340 worth max bet? If you don't have it, and as i see they didn't provide you bet ID, maybe it is bug? That is the default option of the game, however, when you start the game you are entering the amount.
Your balance was 0.34276019 BTC. 34 was selected as the amount you wanted to bet per line. Consequently, when you pressed Max Bet it deducted from the account 10x34 which is 340.

I'm not seeing it anywhere. Sounds like bullshit to me. Why is it that every single bitcoin gambling website always eventually has a scam accusation against them? This time it's for a mere pittance too. Wtf.
Fortune Jack is a major casino and there's obviously no reason or chance that they would scam someone for such a tiny amount when they could run off with hundreds of Bitcoin if they wanted to. There could be any number of explanations for this - maybe there was a bug with Fortune Jack or on your side which caused the problem, in which case they should be able to see the exact bet and resolve the problem. You could well have just made a mistake though.

I think not. Your max bet would be 342.76 (the 'Real money closing balance' of the last listed game). Bets are usually topped by your balance (only in case your balance is higher it would be those 400)

Fortune jack is trusted and long time running casino. I doubt they would risk their reputation just to steal 340 mBTC.

What I don't understand is how they say I placed max bet when max bet is 400 credits not 340?

This sounds strange what happened there. Are you playing for cell phone maybe it got touched by accidentally I played so many times there but never had this kind of issue with me. Don't be in hurry let give some time to the manager to come and brief you about this.
