you have to save your keys in like 4-5-10 different places
how turns binance is bad because it doesnt give access to an account to people without 2fa keys? ugh
i'd say binance is the only real alive exchange atm
just look at how much work they did for the last 3 months

THis    exange   it's  two months  I have lost  my 2FA  key  and they  still  don't  solve  my  probem  after having submitted  10k tickets

They really don't  understand  my problem even  after I have told it to  them   10'000 times
Just use  Bittrex,  dealing  with this  awful exange is a pain in the ass


why didn't you save your backup key?

I guess there is a disclaimer at the beginning of the stuff. You should not blame them.

10,000 tickets is somewhat a huge exaggeration no?

Also, it's your fault that you have lost your 2FA key, and Binance will not just easily give you access to your account if you don't provide enough proof/information that the account is indeed yours.

Here's what Binance replied to me when I temporarily lost access to my Google 2FA app:

You need to reply us back with the following information:

1:ID/Passport picture two sides
2:You holding your ID/Passport homepage + paper announcement,handwritten note that you need to reset 2FA with your current time(day month year).
3:After verify, we will reset it for you. While after that you are unable to withdraw within 48 hours for the security of your assets.

Yup this is a normal procedure for other online trading exchanges outside of crypto too. OP probably needs to explain his case better or give the binance customer service some time to handle his case.

Binance has been absolutely near flawless with their trading platform.

Perhaps you should use google translate to communicate with them better.
