I do not understand. Is it fake or a legitimate website and service?
No one really knows... I've honestly not seen any vouches for it aside from this one thread by a newbie with 3 posts (who hasn't been online since creating this thread)... there was also one other mention that I remember in a "I've got XXX BTC stuck in wallet" type thread... again, from a fairly low ranked "nobody" who actually had the service in their sig.

Having said that... I've not seen any "Scam Accusations" regarding them either... Still, I'd probably stick with a proven service like Dave's if I needed help and couldn't wait for my slow outdated PC to run btcrecover Tongue

Thanks for your reply.

I guess the best thing to do is to stay away from it until or unless users other than a single newbie with 3 posts and one thread starter has something positive to say about it.

Guys better to use the ignore button and the site is not safe for us, I believe that he owns this website.

Unless if he can provide a proof that this review is true.

Slightly confused as to whether the OP meant that they originally paid €100 over a year ago to buy the BTC which is now worth €500... or that they paid €100 one year ago to get their wallet unlocked...

The OPs other 2 posts are from January 2017 saying they were unable to restore their Electrum wallet from seed... so maybe it is the second scenario? Huh

It's obvious that the review is not safe. Look at the post that he get the seed from the cloud but when recovering it to electrum wallet he couldn't click the next button it means he choose a wrong option or there are words is wrong spelling.

However, according to his review, he is talking about a password and private keys (Not a seed phrase) So my guess that he is lying and he owns that website, he made an account here to promote his own website and get backlinks here in the forum.
I have check his previous post on January and stated this by OP:

As the the subject says I forgot my password so got my seed from the cloud but when I enter it into Electrum I can't select next.
I compared my seed with the list and all the words are there...I triple checked when writing it down.

Turn out he do have a problem on recovering and 4 months later he do already advertise and recommend Dontworry2much.com on recovering up funds without any valid proof but just verbal which is really unbelievable.

@HCP Kindly fix the quoted message in your post.
It looks confusing for an obvious reason.

This thread looks like a shill publicity stunt by dontworry2much.
The Author didn't even bother to update this thread or answer the previous replies.

@Author, please respond.

I agree, newbies making recommendations never goes down well when they create new accounts and vanish.

Recovered more than 500 euros. Payed less than a hundred a year or so ago so delighted.
Not sure if this review is true or not. Sounds and looks suspicious because no mention of when the 100EUR was paid, in advance? So effectively they can keep the 100EUR and not help?

It was not paid in advance. They say at the website that you only pay when you sucesfully recover the wallet password.

Dave from the wallet recover system also does the same.

"Should we fail to retrieve your crypto wallet, you don’t pay for our service and it’s absolutely free!"

Hi,

I'd forgotten the password and lost the key to my electrum wallet however I had a good idea of what the password was and dontworry2much.com helped unlock the wallet in less than 2 hours! Recovered more than 500 euros. Payed less than a hundred a year or so ago so delighted.

Just wanted to leave a review incase anyone else has the same issue as me.

Cheers

Jerry

How much did they cost you to use?

Also, how long was the password you used and how much difd you remember about it for it to be recovered within 2 hours.
According to the website, they take 10% of the amount in the wallet.

Cheaper than the 20% taken by Dave from the Wallet Recovery Services. He already has the reputation however.
I would rather pay 20% to someone who has the reputation than to because 10% reduction risk trusting a site that is rarely known in the the crypto space. Just like the service @lLoyCv is offering on the forum about claiming of forks, I would rather trust him than a random dude. I actually doubt if some thing like this exist until now as my understanding is the moment your password is lost and without your recovery key, its lost forever. But again, for Electrum users when one forgets password from my readings ( I stand to be corrected though) all that is needed is to restart with your private key then choose sweep or some other wallet with such options and that settles it.
You cant blame other people to use up services which do have lesser charges which they do save up 10% apart from traditional service which Dave charge 20% and same as yours i would rather not risk my entire balance of lost wallet to an unknown service which do charge lesser.Legit or not im not convinced if i do only read up on single persons feedback or several numbers.Always go for reputable ones so that you wont able to regret later if anything goes wrong on using up non so popular recovering services.

How this service safe?
I definitely wouldn't trust my wallet to this user, however they have this in their FAQ:

If you do not want to send your wallet

The normal option is to send us your locked wallet, However if you do not want to, there may be another Way around, what you need is to extract the encrypted hash from your wallet.

Use this steps to extract the wallet hash from Bitcoin Core wallet (wallet.dat)

[...]

You will get something like this

$bitcoin$96$csdfj39ujvdkjfdjvf9djvodjfve9ujdojvfmdkoljf9ejfk

lsxmjdlslsdklklkscsdfj39ujvdkjfdjvf9djvodjfve9ujdojvfmdkoljf9

cvkjsifu8d98ufvidxjfvcsed9ru8idjcfkdscnmkxmcmcskljmksjdksjdksjk01

It is an encrypted hash of your wallet password and you can send it instead of wallet.dat file.

Even after decrypting the hash there is no way for us to use your wallet without having the wallet file.

Once you give us the hash with other details that specified in the contact us page, we can work on Recovering your password.
From: http://dontworry2much.com/faq/

P.S: I don't know if this method is really safe and "trustless" as I don't use Bitcoin Core.

I doubt that method is safe?
They charge 10% of recovered accounts but are offering to recover your account for you to run away once we have your password because that's all we have. I'm not sure how the bitcoin core password protection works, but someone will lose out here!

I never heard this site before I'm trying to search any reviews on google and here in the forum, but nobody mentions this website before.

I check this site from the archive.org it only had 3 records in 2017 and according to whois the owner is living in Israel his name is

Yosef Yaaqov.
