everyone seems to mine on the Official DopeCoin Pool.

This is not a good idea there is a risk of forking the coin if a pool has more than 51% of the Network Hashrate. I would suggest that miners spread out into all of the pools.

+1 to this ^^ . I'm sure it will sort itself out.
