Here is also another assumption. Satoshi(the one that created Bitcoin) was inspired by Dorian. Lets, for arguments sake, say that Satoshi(not Dorian) worked with Dorian Nakamoto at some point in time and shared Dorian's concern about governments. Later he adopted the name.
Sorry, it's just too much of a coincidence about many of Dorian's facts with Satoshi(not only the name, government work, the game he played with his children). It's either two different people(that know each other) or Dorian is one hell of a performer and is the real Satoshi.
