It's gambling but it may be scam. You may be better off depositing these BTC to casino, making double all-in on dice game and withdrawing immediately (if you win) because you have little chance of being scammed. If you lost them, they won them legitmately.

Dont waste your time joining in doublers cause your only giving them bitcoins for free. These days there are no legit investment site that will pay you.
