My idea was just to change the output fans for stronger ones for two reasons! First, for the summer. And the second was for the inlet fans to work slower and thus make less noise! But I had doubts, because I was advised to work with 1:1 fans!

What exactly modification do you plan to do with the T17 unit?
Are you planning to replace the fan?

Or do you plan to modify the firmware of this unit to force the fan speed to full speed?
Are you going to replace the fan with lesser noise?

There is no problem replacing the fan just make sure it's compatible with your unit and make sure the wire from your new fan is matched and it is in the right direction before you attach it to your unit.

Hi, I recently bought a T17 and I was thinking of doing a modification I did on an l3+ and I had an excellent result! Which is to leave the input fans at 6000rpm and at 7500rpm at the output! On L3+ I ended up having better temperatures and as a result the front fan works slower and made less noise! I would like to know opinions and if anyone has done something similar! Thanks
