I must see your previous job and what you are capable of , If you don't have any then you could simply take a picture of someone from the internet and do what I said to show me how It looks like then If I like it , I will assign the job for you with the picture I want.

I want someone who can do something similar to Cartoons & Caricatures that are given in Fiverr , price should be better then offers shown on the link too.
