I can say that 100% scam. Entered the promotional code gave 17 dollars. I write to support that I want to withdraw them.  They say play roulette. I play and win 680 dollars. Then they tell me that I need to activate my account and transfer them to 0.1 BTC. I say that I do not want to make a deposit - they offer a fsishing site for offline output, but even there you need to transfer 0.015BTC And here you have to be a complete fool to believe it.

Without even knowing what the topic was about, I could just tell that this was related to a scam by just looking at the name of the service. Seriously, what service is going to name itself drep-wallet? It's retarded. It boggles my mind that people still fall for this shit and waste time posting on forums asking whether or not it's legit. Roll Eyes

Some sites even have 'real' in their domain name, lol. How desperate must one be to convince others that the service is real?  Cheesy

Entered promo code and I was given 0.1btc
It says when I tried to withdraw I need to deposit at least £40 before I can withdraw.
Why not cut that amount "£40" from 0.1btc and give the rest of these BTC to you?
There's no reason to ask them for any amount, it's like saying, send me $ 100 and return you $ 10,000.
Please do not click/promote on that link, this scam site will win in any way.

What did you search on Google that leads you to an answer "One good place to ask about a sites legitimacy is bitcoin talk."? Just curious, you know.

Is it shady? I've studied it a good bit. Link I posted shows lots of love chat people.
New site, but old tactic. Don't you think it is shady? Let's say I'm a newbie who asked the same question. With just the first reply above, I would hesitate and think that why would I be given such amount? And if they give it for free, why do I need to deposit first?

I am smart enough to ignore this scam attempt,How about you OP?

Bitcoin cannot be generated easily and 0.1BTC is not a small amount so why they need to give money just to install their wallet.

Hey scammers, this is very old technique try something new. Tongue

A wallet that has promo code and gave you 0.1BTC? how generous they were? but like this guy said, if they are now asking you to deposit, don't do it. That's a pure scam that wanted you to pull from your own grave, they are encouraging and pushy enough with that very amount but in reality, there's no 0.1 btc giveaway with that promo code. Wallets are only giving away when there's something like what Coinbase and Blockchain.com do, example of the $25 XLM giveaway and that's not that much. Don't deposit, that's very simple and this wallet wasn't heard before.

Just always put on mind that anything that do ask money before you can able to withdraw is just pure scam.Never ever heard about that wallet before and just remember
that dont let your greed control you.Theres no such thing for a wallet provider to give out money on the first place.

Never ever deposit to shady site that gives you free money but requires to make a deposit before you can cash it out. Just don't, you better use that money for something else, better to gambling it though if you lose it'iss your own fault and not because of someone scamming you
