BTC-E will not add Darkcoin, there is a much bigger chance for BTC-E to de-list one or more coins rather than adding one.
I agree. BTC-E doesn't seem to have much interest in adding new coins, don't see why they'd start all of a sudden with DRK.

THE FACTS ABOUT DARK COIN
1. released without windows QT so that only dev and pals could mine it.
2. Instamined harder than any other coin out there 12.5% of the current minting was mined in the first day
3. Later they decided to cut the minting by 75% to turn their 12.5% instamine with no windows QT into 50% instamine in 24hours - nice hey
yes that is correct they mined 50% of all the coins available at this time by themselves in the first 24 hours whilst windows users could not mine.

These are lies. I am holding no darkcoins but when I mined some I remember the total amount of coins being just above 1 million. Now there are over 4 mil so they can't possibly have instamined that much.

Drk coin has some reasonable development but it is a scam. No coin should be instamined that hard without a windows wallet in 24 hours it sets a bad example to other would be scammers.
Anyone investing is taking a very large risk the HUGE drk whale instaminers don't dump their load out and drive the price into the ground.
The dev himself is not too bad, he even tried to make up for the first 24hours rape.

BTC-E likes to add premined garbage to their exchange so I wouldn't be surprised if DRK made it on BTC-E.

darkcoin is one of the top innovative coins in the market
we should see it on btc-e , innovation is great, marketing is amazing for drk.. price is going for 0.05 btc for sure in the med-long term
