I bought my nephews a couple entry level drones with cameras attached. They love playing around with them. I was hoping to spawn some interest in them. Maybe it could turn into a job for them.  They told me when it's real windy they are unflyable.  They chased one down after the wind took it a couple hundred yards. Unfortunately for me I did not have such a cool uncle. Smiley

Never ending parties are what Im into.
There is also rumors that there will be "drone shipping lanes" that will go over peoples houses, and those people will get paid to rent out that airspace so drones can fly over.  I say rumor because I don't have any articles backing up this claim.
A very neat concept and I hope that does become a thing.  Plus quicker deliveries as well in the future, no one likes waiting for packages to show up after all.

I think drones are the future, it will take a while to get there though.
That was amazon and they are testing in Canada due to the lack of laws for drones. Imagine the air would work just like the rights to the minerals beneath peoples houses. Very few people own the rights below.
If I can see a drone, I would think jamming its signal wouldnt be to hard. We can hack cars and planes...lol!

In the west its all about peeping toms and flying in restricted areas during firefighting or airports.
Once they create a killswitch it should handle that aspect for interrupting serious work.
Not to keen on the police using them, bad enough with the helicopter.

I'm seeing an uptick in drone popularity here on the east coast USA from
Company's in real estate to construction. Is this a toy to lead to your future job.
