Try cgminer instead of guiminer and use the following config file and you will get about 330MHash running at 58 degrees:

Covux,

Have you found a solution to your problem?  I am running nearly the same setup as you and experiencing the same problem.  Hashrates drop inexplicably and driving me a little mad.

Thanks

PSU is the power supply unit. the thing all the power cables connect to it should have something like maximum output 600w or even a make and model would be good. the pool your using should be fine just check the settings on there website with the ones that are in guiminer

I have a 'be quiet! System Power S6 550W ATX22'

so it seems when it is under a lot of stress it powers down my GFC

and what do you mean by  'even a make model would be good'?

yes dont worry about the memory to much it goes upto 100% shows the card is in high performance mode

you could even lower the memory clock speed it wont affect your mhs or khs speed

if the error happens again then its either the PSU or much more likely something to do with a port setting or on there end

What is a PSU?

and if it it the problem of the pool I joint what other pool would you suggest to join?

THx

I did everything you asked

First thing that caught my eye is that the memory  frequency jumps to a 100%

is this supposed to happen?

the tempurture seemd stable at 59C for 1 minute now and my fan speed is at 45%

GPU is also at its max(but that is what I want Smiley )

Edit

The activity dropped to 0% the hash rate hasn't dropped(yet)

But I am also noticing a message at the bottem that says:

"nl.btcguild.com:8332 08/04/2103 02:41:57, IO errors - 1, toleran"

right ok first step uncheck the cpu affiliat this is lowing down the card to start with and give it a try just the gpu with no cpu.
also leave AMD VISION ENGINE open on the over clock page and keep an eye on the gpu temp it should get hot but shouldnt reach 100c

also keep a close eye on you internet connection use wired if your not using it already

also in guiminer theres a box for "flags" us the flag "-w256"

Hello,

This weekend i started to look into the world of bitcion mining.

After reading a little and watching some videos i decided to start mining.

I downloaded Guiminer V2012-12-03

I subscribed to a server(BTC guild (the Netherlands))

filled in my user name

selected my GFC( Sapphire HD 7850)

and pressed the mine button.

all went well and i started to mine at 270 Mhash/s

I alrdy knew from videos on YouTube that ATI cards from the 5xxx generation could do the same amount of Mhash/s do i decided to do some further investigation of how i could increase my Mhash/s

I found out that if i increased my GPU i could get more Mhash/s

I went to my Catalyst control center and went to AMD overdrive.

I increased my GPU from 920 to 1050(max) and i got  300mhash/s

after having read that increasing memory won't increase my speed i decided not to though my meomory speed.

After a while I checked up again and I noticed that my hash/s had dropped from 300 to around 250khas/s

I noticed that the activity of my graphics card dropped from around 98% to 0%.
so I changed all my settings back again ( from 1050 to 920)

I pressed the start button and off he went.

after a while the same dropped occurred.

so I went on to search of more people had this problem and if there was a solution.

after a few hours searching and finding noting, mostly due because I can't find a proper way to describe my problem, I decide to ask here Smiley

So I am using

Guiminer
Shappire HD 7850
Windows 7(64bit)
8gig of ram
i5 3570

also at the moment I have selected only one cpu affinity (0) and I am not using extra flags

IF you need more information don't hesitate to ask
