How much extra does the dual mining bring vs just doing ETC?

Is there a performance loss on ETC if you dual-mine ZIL?

Been seeing this around but no one really showed if it was worth it or not to bother with.

I did 0.184 ETC daily at Ethermine mining only ETC,now I do 0.18 ETC mining at ezil.me pool but beside this I also do about 120 Zil monthly or 4 Zil daily. It is not a big deal performance loss and the profit is almost the same just about 7-8 dollars more monthly because of the added Ziliqa in mining and that is the main reason why I moved here.Back in 2017 if you mined Decred or Sia together with Ethereum today you would be happy if you kept all the mined coins until now, that is why I am trying this in 2021 with Zil.I regret not doing dual mining in 2017 when I had the possibility to do so but didn't believe what people were talking and this was a big error from my side because back then dual mining was like 18-25% more profitability compared to single mining.Right now is irrelevant but if Ziliqa price skyrocket it is not irrelevant anymore.

I switched few of the rigs to dual mining ETC+ZIL for fun and in Windows everything went smoothly by using latest version of Phoenixminer and creating the ezil.bat file required by eu.ezil.me pool where I am mining now happily with 190 Mhsh. However I also have my 2 x Gtx 1050 ti at home which I can't figured out yet, tried lolminer,t-rex and Phoenix and add the same line as in Windows except in here I used the Linux command:

./Phoenixminer ./lolminer ./T-rex to start the miners, lolminer says the error of no wallet configured while I have configured them,T-rex gives me a refused connection and Phoenixminer starts and keep mining at 0 Mhsh. All these miners work perfectly when mining only ETC in other pools like Ethermine and others.

Should I create a file with the command touch mine_etc+zil.sh for example and copy the lines from eu.ezil.me page, that page gives all the info for Windows,HiveOS,RaveOS and Simplemining but doesn't give an in depth explanation of how to configure dual mining, precisely etc+zil in Ubuntu Linux which is Debian based.

Edit:Lolminer finally made it to work,it had a lot of configuration to do so but now I am happy

Edit2:Opening the topic as what to do to configure T-rex and Phoenix, would love very much to be back on T-rex which has been working well for me since a lot time here in Ubuntu, cannot figure it out and there are not many guides, instructions greatly appreciated.
