I agree . he is scam. I tested him with 0.02 BTC yesterday and never got paid back, RACT warned me before but did not listen.
Be careful this guy is not serious.
I test a lot of programs as I enjoy taking risks and will warn if not paid.

Actually the rates isn't small for a 6 hour time frame compared to other ponzis, but well he still scam. I should have just played my 0.01 BTC on dice on 1.1x payout, more chances of winning I guess.

I can back this up. Yes, a few people have said that they have been scammed by dualbitcoin. Owner doesn't seem to be such a nice guy either. But really.. Is 10% profit worth the risk? I would only invest in something if it rewards at least 50% reward.
