Groovy. I've got some of these in my stickminers museum pile but have never actually run them so I didn't know anything about drivers, just what chip is on 'em.

Bitcoin FTW!
Looks like an FTDI FT2232HL, so whichever driver is required for that chip.
FTDI is also used for BFL Jalapeño miners and I have several of them, so the instructions I just listed above should work, except it'll be by the FTDI name instead of the Silabs name.

Install Zadig and run the software while the USB is plugged in. Select options and select show hidden or all devices, and locate the DualMiner USB (Could possibly be named Silicon Labs CP2102 or something similar if DualMiner doesn't show up). For drivers, select WinUsb. It should then run (instructions are applicable to all such USB miners as the default Silicon Labs drivers aren't detected by most mining softwares).

I'm using Windows 8.1 on a Cybertron PC.

As for which miner I'm using, I actually told you. It is literally called the Dualminer USB. Made by Dualminer.

I recently got a Dualminer USB miner, and I'm trying to get it working. Everything I read says that the drivers should install automatically when the device is first plugged in.

Well, they didn't.  I've tried running the mining software anyway, and it says there's no device plugged in. Device Manager says there's a USB device there, but it won't run it. I've tried the obvious solutions (removing and putting it back, rebooting the whole PC, trying different ports, etc) but nothing has worked. I've also tried finding the drivers and installing them manually, but I haven't been able to find them online anywhere. I sent a message to the manufacturer asking for help, but there hasn't been any response yet.

Any ideas?
