Hello, as mentioned above, we've encountered  an unprecedented amount of arbitrage bettors this last week, your account was one which was flagged to us by our sports provider.

Our Sports betting is very new and it is taking a longer than usual time to process an investigation, especially since we have so many. However we do understand that it is a very long time to not have a response. In the moment your account has been reactivated, there is a 1 locked bet still, but it will be processed (bet or win amount correctly assigned) today.

DuckDice has been in operation for a long time now and does not take ban actions, especially ban actions when the user has a balance lightly but we do understand that it is of course frustrating when money is at stake.

We are grateful for your patience.

Did I understand correctly that the issue will be resolved today? Will I receive an email or do I need to log into a blocked account myself?

Your account is currently un-blocked with no restrictions on.

The best thing you can do now is to wait. DuckDice is aware of your case and their casino representative has responded to you publicly. Many sportsbook platforms don't welcome arbitrage bettors. If it's true that they have many similar cases, it might take some time to get to the bottom of things. Keep your calm and patience.

As part of their service, they have a risk management team which is quite an ordinary practice for many casinos to rely upon for flagging users

Risk management team, aml team Different types of teams are always waiting to harass users in many casinos. Your risk management has flagged this user's account, and he deposited funds into that account. So your risk management announced decision depends on this user to get back his deposited funds? And if it is, then it will not be a good way for gamblers.

The risk management team has banned the user account, there is deposited funds in his account. Has your team done it all without having any proof against the user? If the risk management team has banned his account and blocked his funds for a valid reason, then why it is taking weeks to give some real proof of his fault?

Think some of the above may be confidential with a view to avoiding people taking advantage of this information

I see nothing of confidentiality here but rather a way of settling the account ban complaints and dispute. OP has a case to which he wants it to be settled  hence he brought it here providing everything necessary details to speed up the process so he could get his money back which I believe would be released upon proper investigations. Duck dice I know has a good reputation here and has been here for quite some time. I have not come across any complaint but this is the first time I am seeing such a complaint against duckdice. I guess there was a default from OP  end hence his account ban but nevertheless, but the duck dice representative here has assured op of looking into OP complaint for expedite actions.

And I think that the bookmaker, which claims to have a good reputation, should have answered my letters, which I wrote back on March 1

This is a blatant scam

Can you tell what are the factors that your provider tell when the user is labeled a xxx or what?
Like IP address, email address, device, browser (height, width, etc.) etc.
By what chance they consider it since the user (OP) just bet once(sportsbook) when in fact people can use VPN and virtual machine that could modify everything from device to IP, except the email address.

What does it mean? "Has been flagged by a service provider"

Under this wording, you can block any account that your bookmaker did not like for some reason.

They think you were a part of an organized group that was arbitrage betting, meaning that while betting on football, like you did, you calculate the profit and one of you bets on one team, while the other one bets against it. You do it in such way that if you get the favorable outcome you win money, despite your partner losing his bet, and if you get the unfavorable outcome, the win from your partner nullifies your loss. The more people in a group the more you can manipulate the odds and even make multi bets to increase profit.

Even if you're caught doing it, the remaining money should be returned to you and probably will, so stay calm and wait for more info from DD.

Hello everybody! I want to tell you about the bad experience of playing on Duckdice.io

My nickname in DuckDice is Ipunapi772

I registered on the 1 of March, made a deposit of 666 usdt on the TRC20 wallet - f1ea5fa452b450822925852d835c6c5a0eb3021b1d96f46410dfe77b3535daed, which was provided to me by the Duckdice website - TNU3o53Ccv5ADrsPPM8NUJS3tXQBhJCfWE

I made one bet on tennis in the amount of 15-18 dollars (I don’t remember exactly, I didn’t record) and the second bet on football in the amount of about 70-80 dollars, after which I received a notification that my account was blocked.

I immediately emailed [email protected] and received an auto-generated response - "your complaint registered".

I was sure that they would answer me quickly enough and ask for a standard KYC check, for example (although I don’t understand why, I only made two bets for small amounts and did not withdraw money)(

But for 6 days now I have not received a response. I wrote again, but also received no answer. I wrote to live chat Duckdice, but they told me to write to email

At the time of blocking, there were about $580 on my account, taking into account the fact that the deposit amounted to $666.

I think that the office is obliged to give me my money, I'm ready to go through KYC, but I don't even get a response to my letters...

P.S access to my account on Duckdice.io is blocked for me, I can't enter my personal account

I'm attaching links to screenshots for proof...

1. https://ibb.co/mFD0SSp

2. https://ibb.co/0CbsSzj - I managed to take this photo after I received a notification about the blocking, the next time I refreshed the page, I could no longer log into my account

Screenshot of registration, welcome letter dated March 1st. I also use the same mail for the Bitcointalk forum
