~After unbanning me, and I was able to get more evidence which I presented to their main thread(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1676313.3140) ,

I sent them this email:

Code:
Thank you for unbanning me.

Don't know if that is a good move for you guys, but as I am the one filing the allegation, thank you for that.
I have accessed and have seen proof of my allegation to you guys.

I'm really not interested in playing or dealing with you guys anymore. I could and would have found more evidence to prove my arguments.

We just started having classes on Database and now I understand it is kind of tricky to manage a database that huge.
Even so that didn't give you the right to manipulate and alter my affiliate data.
Perhaps it was a quickfix for you guys but still not right.

I'd like to have a compromise, a onetime and a final settlement, which I am willing to do publicly, preferrably bitcointalk.org

today I found my account to be blocked again, which is very Duckdice-ish way.
Code:
https://duckdice.io/stats?modal=user-info&userHash=98eaed82ad

Like I said in the email, this issue has been on for years and you should not deny me of my commission.

Your mistake, which I have been raising to you ever since is your mistake which you failed to correct. It should be your responsibility.

I appreciate the bump but I think you guys are hi-jacking my post, I don't mean to be rude but the lossback issue by jackmorga can be discussed in his thread.

they wll never reply you.i lost there over 8k usd and they didnt payme loseback they ban me bcz i contacted them and at last a admin today ignored me https://prnt.sc/11vkhil when i try to contact them from a new acc

It's really bad that the admin banned you. But I can not understand why the site will give you lose back if you play there and lose you capital? Is there are events of rackback/lose back there? You reply is not fully clear to me, it should be little more described with proofs.

#I am surprised that the admin in the screenshots saying 0.21 BTC is a just little amount./

Did you receive your affiliate commissions meanwhile?
Pardon the necropost!

Nope. I tried reaching Stan over Discord back December, and was told about discussing something with another admin, and no more reply.

Don't know what lossback is, and I'm sorry for your loss.

Found one of the evidence I presented before,

I'm not sure if that screenshot of the email is legit or not, but it is then it proves that they have been underpaying you and have later fixed the issue, which essentially means that they admit there is indeed an issue with their affiliate system.
Their support staff could verify that it was a true mail from them.
And later fixed you said?
If it is, I shouldn't be here.

And no, they deny that there is an issue.

Could you provide a screenshot for the ETH referral earnings page? According to their own affiliate rules, they ould only credit referral earnings on deposited funds. But if this is true, again it just proves that their system is not designed to run this way.

o.O, there is an image of my eth ref page. See OP, 2nd image under additional notes.

I just feel like it's unfair even if it's stated in the terms and conditions for a user not to get compensated for their referral's bets just because it's from streaming bonuses, especially when he can freely do whatever he wants with the BTC(though again, unconfirmed).

Well, I feel the same. Thank you for your input. Hopefully I'll get a response from them soon. Smiley

P.S.

Sent Stan another PM when I saw him online. He may just overlooked my message I think.

Way too many screenshots to go through.
Sorry for having to post so many screenshots.

Let me jump straight to the point, is the primary concern here for the OP the fact that the affiliate earnings on his ref for the wager volume generated from bonuses given by Duckdice is not paid to him?

My affiliate earnings have the history of not being updated unless I would contact them.

Not with my experience.

From what I can see, according to this https://help.duckdice.io/hc/en-us/articles/360000684454-Affiliate-Program it does say that "Please note that commission is applicable only for deposited money."

See details on affiliate tab that are not consistent to the data they provide. E.g.

My Eth affiliate shows this data:

Visits: 0
Registration: 2
Deposited User: 1
Total Deposit: 0
Registration Conversion: 0
Deposit Conversion: 0
Total Bets: 24,348
User with Bets: 0
Total Profit: 0.02037617

If my affiliate is not broken as they state, How would I been profiting 0.02037617 eth from a 0 Total Deposit?

However, the terms and conditions for the affiliate program was updated 2 months ago, it could be possible that Duckdice updated it to try to avoid paying OP since their problems have been going on since October last year it seems.

I have no idea why they did this affiliate change but in my POV, they made something much complicated before they have fixed the original.(apologies for the bad English).

How big of a loss are we even talking about here?

Enough to put me here.

I mean even if you give bonuses to that streaming guy, it doesn't take away from the fact that OP did indeed refer him which is why he is playing at your place... Undecided

And the bonus money is something the player can withdraw/tip/rain.

So, once again, how can you know your affiliate commission  better then us?

A little bit of math + common sense.

Your main (and only paying ref) is our streamer to whom we pay lot's of bonuses and bonuses are not applicable for an affiliate commission.

Also read here how the affiliate program actually works:
https://help.duckdice.io/hc/en-us/articles/360000684454-Affiliate-Program

we have a 3-tier level program, means that you are not only receiving commission from a person you have referred directly but also from his ref and his ref ref in proportion of 10%, 3% and 2%.

I don't need schooling on how 3-tier level program works. I've been with bitvest and they are the first to introduce this scheme.
(correct me if I'm wrong.)

You canceled your bonus scam system long time ago, but continue to give bonuses to selected players?

Your streamer does not only receive bonuses, no, he receives lot's of bonuses!

So you have always an accusation if someone suspects that you cheat him. We paid him lot's of bonuses and that is how we cheated you! Cheesy

As I already said in your thread, it is jamyr's fault to promote your scam site and he deserves to get scammed as well.
