I understand the concern of the OP, he wanted to have all his info got deleted. Not sure what country though the OP is from, but if he is covered by https://gdpr.eu/, then the casino have no other choice but to delete his account.
On the other hand, it might take days for the casino to do it. Yes, it's very simply, just go and look for his account and delete everything. However, we have to understand that there are processes in place as well, so give or take maybe at least in a month, everything should be gone in their records or database.
And to make it worse, instead of actually deleting my account like I asked, they just banned it. I didn’t ask for a ban. I wanted it gone. I made deposits from my bank account, and I wanted all that info wiped from their system. But they still had the balls to say, "my data was totally deleted." How can that be true if my account and all that info are still there, just banned?
The other Moderator Kirito89 then claims that the personal info is deleted but the account info remains in their data- Like how? What do you mean?
It all feels super shady to me.
