Since you received the balance in full and have thanked the Duckdice team it's about time that you change the title of this thread to resolve if you are satisfied with their action and also locked this thread.

OP Please confirm if you receive the balance in full since the representative did post the transaction id, it's the third party that blocked your account, and it is also the sports provider that marked your account as arbitrage bettor so the blame cannot be on Duckdice.
You're still lucky because other casinos will just keep your balance, Duckdice instead returns your balance if you think that you have been wrongly accused you can file for mediation with a third party, Askgamblers can be requested to mediate your case, but since it is the provider who marked it, your chances are low.

Hi all! I want to tell you about my unpleasant situation on Duckdice.io, I thought support would answer by mail, but they are not going to answer me at all and the chat was turned off when I wrote to it with a request to unblock my account.

Made a deposit on the 1 of March 499.2 usdt to the TRC20 wallet - 0x4d2b0349c14e18d176ae6ae753b6d8e743b46b1b584845b67403c902bdd67cef

I made up to 10 bets since my balance was just over ~$2520 and I decided to withdraw some of it. Withdrawal canceled, comment written: canceled due to KYC administrator, and on the side they wrote that I must pass level 2 verification.

A couple of days later I write to the chat, they open an account for me for a day. I pass verification to level 2, write to the chat, put my funds for withdrawal - they don’t withdraw, they write to go through level 3, although initially they didn’t ask for it at all. I upload original bank statements that match the address in my profile and my statements in a row just get rejected and my account closes again. Why? For what? They don’t answer the mail, I’m tired of waiting and I’m writing this topic.

Hello, the reason why your account is currently blocked is because you've been flagged as an arbitrage bettor by the sports provider.

Then you were asked to proceed in passing KYC which was failed (blocked by the compliance authority), all 3 levels of it thus resulting your account in continuing being blocked for further investigations.

I would like to add that we as Duckdice don't handle the KYC procedures ourselves, and it's done via SumSub which is basically one of the global leading  KYC/AML compliance ecosystem. For example Binance's KYC/AML procedures are done via SumSub.



I am currently waiting on more information regarding your case and will get back to you here once I have them.

hi OP, i was saddened by the problem your account is having at duckdice, are you used to playing there because i see that the nominal deposit you entered is quite large, and from the story you told, it seems they won't let you make withdrawals easily because it doesn't make sense if you are required to complete KYC up to level 3. you should fight for your rights although i'm not sure if your problem will be solved in the near future, it seems the OP from duckdice is online quite often in this forum, hope there is a good response from them.

If the gambling site thinks/suspect the user might have multiple accounts and abuse them then they can ask for KYC verification. If the user fails to do that then they won't release the fund a lock also if they wish then they may release only the deposit funds even if they can take a service fee from the deposit funds.

You did the right thing posting your issue here since they have an announcement here and the representative is still active here, you can PM the representative and point this discussion, so you can get answers on why they blocked your account if its only KYC issues, usually casinos will tell you right away about your violation and the rule they break but never about KYC verification.
Checking the representative account there is bad feedback, one of it as early as 2017, and also there are many flags on that account but I hope your chances are good compared to the other.
