Hi, I took a glance at your gambling profile and accounts history on the other thread and would think you are a high roller. I can understand that you're frustrated and angry for the delay as high rollers are usually benefited certain privileges in one form or another. I am PMing duelbits' representative to notify them about this thread so they can attend to it. I'd like to ask you to give a little bit more patience as duelbits is currently not online and it might took time for them to notice my PM.

Meanwhile, as you have raised a scam accusation, I'd like to think that it'll be best to lock your other thread on gambling section as it will make things harder to track if someone create simultaneous threads. The lock topic button is at the bottom left of the page.

Under this scam accusation board i don't think there's a casino or gambling platforms that had not experienced report before because we have a lot of gamblers who make use of their services to gamble and experience little or no difficulties and file a report of scam on them, some may actually be real about it that they were scammed but i want to bet it that only few of all the reports on accusations received are genuine, some may be due to their inpatient, personal error or mistakes and other abuses made on those casinos coming from their end, but if an accuser can present enough evidence and be truth as well, it's something worth doing.

you need to tell everything from the beginning:

1 - what was the first amount of money you deposited at the casino?

2 - how much money did you play at the casino and how long and what games did you play?

this information is very, very important for us to understand what is happening with your case, do not misunderstand me but it may be that you have deposited a lot of money and played little and then you have withdrawn a lot of money, I do not know if Duelbits has any requirement that all players at the time of withdrawal need to play with 100% of the deposited amount to be able to withdraw, if Duelbits has this rule and even so you comply with this rule and you passed their KYC then we could be facing a very serious case in which they would be guilty , but they also still have time because it's been a few days so you should wait to see what they have to say about your case

I also think that mentioning the name of other casinos that even though stake.com is the best casino, you shouldn't be putting them in this case, that's so you don't lose focus of the problem, so wait a few more days to see what they they will do, if they will continue in silence or will come with some excuse or will pay you, you just need to be patient and wait a few days to see what they will do

OP it is unfortunate you are having all these night mares as  i can see the figure mentioned by you is quite voluminous and i also believe it is likely amongst the reasons why they are taking their time to conduct their due diligence because no one would want to be at the losing end when it happens that there are sketchy traces involved in such transaction. However, I will urge you to be calm and patient to hearing from them  to knowing why they  had taken such  actions against you. Come to talk of it, the casino in question is a well known casino with good reputation onboard this platform. So i have no doubt about their system and how it works but be rest assured that your funds will be given to you after the investigation is conducted and there are no faults on your path.

OP, everything is still in the process of reviewing the documents you submitted. this is indeed not fun for every player. but the casinos have their procedures. and of course, if all goes well you will get your money, albeit with a long delay.

you already know the representative account on the forum from Duelbits. if you are still not satisfied with waiting then you can contact an account representative to speed up the process. or just to ensure that your case is handled immediately.

It might be a security check-up because you have won a lot. It is common for a casino to investigate user accounts when users win significant amounts. They want to ensure the user is not taking any unfair advantage to win. So, give them some time and wait until they finish their investigation.

I also think that it is a security check-up since withdrawing $2.5m in a day in 5 tranches landing on different addresses may trigger the AML alert on the system.  Also, 4 of the 5 requests had been processed and the last is still under investigation and both @OP and the support staff are under communication.  The account is still not restricted according to @OP on his other thread so I think Duelbits is doing their best to conclude in a just manner.  Investigation takes time others even took months once tagged with possible money laundering but I hope this case be solved soon.

Also this:↓↓↓

He was asking you to wait, and they will update you. Since the decision is not final yet (They did not block or freeze your account), You cannot say if they scammed you.

dude, it's only been 2 days and based on their screenshot of the chat log they might still be verifying the documents you sent. I know it's frustrating but it would be best for you to have some patience, from what I have seen here on this board there are times casinos take a week to reply or make a response after getting the KYC they ask for.

It's nothing new anymore where a paid shill willing to do anything to promote the competitors, like creating a fake story where there's a victim claim he has been scammed on 1xbit and he announce if 1xbit returned his money, while everyone knows if 1xbit is scam casino.

Do you think OP is here to promote Duelbits? At first, accuse them of scamming a significant amount and then say they released his withdrawal. You did not mean that, especially when wearing Duelbits signature and Avatar. I do not think Duelbits will promote their casino in such negative ways  Wink

Or maybe you want to say that either Stake or Rollbit hired him?

@OP, it does not look like you are in minus at all. It seems you have withdrawn over $2.1 Million and deposited less than that. Also, I am not clear what the support said to you. He was asking you to wait, and they will update you. Since the decision is not final yet (They did not block or freeze your account), You cannot say if they scammed you.

Sorry about your experience with the casino but would it not have been alright you did not mention the name of another casino in the cause of your complaints as this is a scam accusations board because it would seem as if you are trying to tarnish the image of this casino while promoting the others and it would raise eye browse  making people think you were paid to carryout the task of tarnishing the reputation of the casino as accused.

Secondly, this pictures you have uploaded are not proofs enough to back your claims. I would suggest you make available the transaction hash for the said deposit you you made for further deliberations.

Well, uploading the transaction hash will not make any change. Assuming he have posted the transaction hash, what's the difference?

I'm a bit skeptical about the chat logs where the @OP only show one picture, it seems the representative have accuse something before or next of the discussion, but the @OP not want to show it.
