Chances are the withdrawl has been processed and is in the mempool.  There is a real backlog on the block chain - unless you are prepared to pay high transaction fees, then your withdrawl is probably in a very long queue.

It is now becoming a trend to accuse any gambling website for anything that looks fine to the gambler. This OP doesn't really look like he's 18+, else he would have contacted their support and even if no response would have been received, he could have gone for email. This looks like gamblers are losing patience day by day and want instant resolutions, or they will accuse the gambling firm for 'not paying them their winnings on time'.
That's because the community has been of a big help to those that have problems in withdrawals and some of those "victims" are taking advantage and abusing it. As far as the information gathered, it's said that it's not the actual casino's (Duelbits) problem but it's their provider.
And with such problems of withdrawal delay, he's best to approach and just talk to them since they're approachable and very reputable that are not going to devastate the current reputation that they currently have. There's no update on their thread and from OP so I'm guessing that they're into negotiation and hopefully it ends up as a solved concern.

His account is not locked, not yet. This is why this topic shouldn't be considered an accusation but rather a complaint about delayed withdrawal.
According to his post on the service's announcement thread it looks like the issue is with the odds provider and we know that such issues may take some time (days) to get resolved.
OP, all you can do for the moment is to keep in touch with customer support and wait till they make a final decision.

I am agree with this point of view, seems to me like a simple case of pending transaction. Duelbits didn't cancel the payment and lock the account --at least that's what I get from OP's very limited description-- it's simply pending, OP should have tried to get in touch with their representative through chat or on their ann thread first instead of directly moving to this accusation thread.

You have to prove, that you are really playing on Duelbits and that you have a pending withdrawal you contact the support by posting screenshots transaction and you can do this by following the right format based on the time you login I'm sure you already read these recommendations.
Failure to do so will invalidate your accusation so I'm the third guy who calls you out to follow the right format and gives us more, the representative may be inactive here in Bitcointalk but they do follow this forum because they have an active marketing campaign here.
OP did not even post his username on Duelbits if he keeps ignoring our call there's a possibility that he already received his withdrawal and the provider issue as he mentioned already been addressed it.

This make me think that the provider requested or inform the casino to freeze the withdrawal?  It looks like there providers suspected @OP of exploiting their game but is unsure until they had reviewed and verified that their suspicion is correct.



@OP you need to give more detail explanation of the story and if possible images or screenshot of the conversation.  People who are reading of this case will think that it is a matter of delay processing of withdrawal and nothing else since your account is not locked and still normal.

How long does your pending withdrawal still on processing status. You should clarify complete detailsmof your case because your statement doesn't make sense. Probably its due to language barrier but you should clarify how long does your transaction pending and what is the exact reply of the support on your case.
Their accusations are not very complete and it is not clear what they are accusing without evidence, so if the withdrawal process is not instant then it is better to wait because sometimes there are delays, but the problem is OP said he didn't make a mistake and or wasn't locked? I experienced long withdrawal waiting on Duelbits using Dogecoin before that took me 4hrs to process. I contacted live support then the withdrawal process immediately. Sometime their automatic withdrawal system commit some error that cause delay.
OP is also not clear how long support did not answer his question?
Actually, what have you experienced with delayed withdrawals, the OP must be reasonable if there is any delay.
We don't know the actual case whether the withdrawal is still processing or he made a mistake in the bet?

I'm not sure whether it was sports betting odds provider or slots game provider, because you haven't mentioned about your bets. But keep in your mind that the provider takes a few days to weeks to resolve the issues. Betting sites are unable to complete this process quickly as everything depends on the provider.

My four and half years old girl can write few lines and ask for the toy that is missing.

As a grown up man (you must be 18+) learn how to properly accuse someone or some service. Did you try contacting their forum representative first or posted anything on their Bitcointalk announcement thread yet?

OP can you attach some evidence and screenshots regarding your case. or better use the appropriate format that has been notified. it is more systematic and everyone can see the truth.
and how long has your withdrawal been delayed? If you've already contacted support, I think it's important that you share it here. maybe you missed something that made your withdrawal have to be re-verified.
if you do nothing wrong, you will get your money.

I agree with the two previous comments. On the one hand it may be due to a normal delay between the withdrawal request and approval, and, on the other hand, if it is not so you should give more data and provide everything you can as screenshots because in this section there are many accusations of which a large percentage is then shown that it was the player who actually broke the rules.

Everyone always says I didn't do anything wrong or I only have 1 account. Half the time they are caught in a lie. Regardless, show some chat history where they are denying they will pay you. You need to follow the actual format as well.

when did you request for a withdrawal? what did they say when you contacted them? I hope you know that there are times that withdrawals can be delayed or may take some time before they are approved. I don't really see the issue here.
