as you know,my english is poor,When i saw the button  "dump" behind my BTC balance, i clicked it ignorantly ,then i lost all my BTC.
Although only  few ,but i think I was bullied? Sad

If it was on c-cex they should have atleast give you a warning as in "are you sure you want to execute this order"

Can you perhaps give us a bit more detailed information? Will make it easier to help you.

thank you very much. but dont need help.  the  loss of bitcoin was rarely, only a little  remaining before, don't care about it. I said here just  want to know what  is the use of the button..

That button is supposed to be the button to execute command to clear off dust payment right? But that should prompt a confirmation or warning message before you proceed. That sucks real time. Feel sorry for you. The only thing can do is to write to the support staff. Unless those involve huge amount, it is unlikely you will get your money back

That really sucks, I feel for you as I've made the mistake of clicking an instant sell order before on the order book because I didn't know what I was doing, unfortunately there isn't much that can be done unless you discover the staff are really really nice and would give you your money back but the thing is you've executed the trade with another person rather than them.

Simple tips for not making gigantic fat finger fuckups when making transactions:

. Always double check your address before you send it somewhere

. Double check the amount you are sending if it is very specific

. Make your you're paying your transaction fee so your Bitcoin doesn't get lost forever

. Check you know what buttons actually do and ask at support to make sure before clicking them

. Never execute trades or do transactions when very tired or in a rush to go somewhere

There's a problem with having something as convenient as Bitcoin where you can end up accidentally doing something you didn't mean to because it's so damn easy, be very careful!

yes, every time i make a transaction  i will check the address carefully .
