I hope that will not happen, Duterte is a good president and he changed the Philippines for the better. If trump wins, they will be friends with Duterte.

Well there's a difference depending on who is cursing you.

Of course, it would really be surprising to hear that from someone you'd expect to be more diplomatic, because it concerns foreign relations.
Duterte is just making a statement that the Philippines now are the puppet of the USA, if they peso is down then who cares, I think it favors us also because we will be able to earn big money here.

This is our president now so we have to accept, that important thing is the crime rate has drop.

Yeah I am not contradicting him entirely - as I said I still support him.

And yes I appreaciate the good things that's starting to happen because of him

I think the US is afraid of China because China is a very progressive country now and they have a big number of military and advance weapon as well, if there will be a world war, US might fall.

It's hard watching the news nowadays.

I can't make sense of what Digong is doing but hopefully he really knows what he's doing.

I'm still trusting him

Posted From bitcointalk.org Android App

Mr Duterte should be more careful with this words. It might affect our international relations and may cause pulling out of investors and loss of aide when needed.
Good thing Mr Obama is professional and mature enough to deal with it.

Well Obama, according to the Americans, is one of the best leaders they've ever had.

Shame Duterte wasn't able to control his dirty mouth, but yeah good thing Obama handled it with maturity.

If it were a different president, we would have made a new enemy

It was indeed a cringeworthy event.

I hope he just did this to the more deserving Chinese people.

But in general I still trust in his decisions haha

Well honestly it was inappropriate.

He could have showed his anger in a more diplomatic way.

But then again, I'd rather listen to Digong than hear other politician's nice but empty words.

Digong is the realest public servant I know.

Well that's because of his cursing.

But I am also pissed at these international media and foreigners branding him as an evil politician because they don't know everything that's happening in our country and they certainly don't know Digong.

As far as the United States of America is concerned, for all intents and purposes, they "own" The Philippines. Whether we accept that or not. Whether we like it or not. They will not allow Manila to fall into any foreign hands such as China.

Punong puno ng American business dito, the location of the country is strategic for any sort of warfare (including unconventional warfare) or military or political purpose.

Merong nga Canadian soldier dito nakatira, meron sariling negosyo training mercenaries.

Hmm I didn't know Trump had investments here, though I know he is a rich man.

And to think about it you're right, a curse won't affect how America treats this country in general because as you said they "own" it.

That's very true.

For me president duterte is good leader but he needs more good moral dont say bad words to the media because many children are watching. His program is good and philippines will rise again

That his attitude and every time he is going to say there is always something that you are going to understand beyond his bad words.

But I agree that he should neutralized the way he talks, because that is not a good way and model especially to the youth.

Youths are just going to think that it is fine to say bad words because the president do.

I have no comment in terms of his leadership. Hats off for his dedication to change the Philippines.

But when it comes to his poignant words,  Digong should be better change for that.  That was the only negative characteristics of Digong.

But we cannot force him to change in favor of everyone/us. He was like that even before he became President. Maybe slowly,  he's changing.

Sad Sad Sad
Yep. As for my impression sa ganyang pananalita ni President is parang improper na. May time na okay lang sana magsalita ng ganun but there are also time na dapat maging wise sa choice of words. Look at how people react sa bad words niya na it is just being real lang daw, like seriously who praises someone who curses a lot and say that there is nothing wrong with it.

Nanguna siguro yung sarili nyang emosyon. Dpat hinay-hinay lng sana si Duterte. Isip muna bago salita.
