Sres. Me acaban de pagar en dwarfpool aqui estan las pruebas, ojo que para que les paguen tienen que seguir minando en dwarfpool para que puedan procesar sus propias transacciones y ademas deben dejarlo en claymore 11.6 porque yo lo tenia en 11.9 y nunca me pagaban hasta q puse en 11.6 durante mas de 12 hs y finalmemte me pagaron (porque siempre estaba en payment proceed)!!!

Where else can I apply for support?

I was in the same situation, after some time i receive my payment and then switch to another pool and never come back

I have been waiting more than 18 days without payment. Is there a place that I can complain them?

i used in the past nanopool and ethermine without any problem

I think about leaving Dwarfpool. They do nothing to inform their users and a'm done with that.
This is the 3th time I experience this kind of things....
Can someone advise me a better one? (Mining with simplemining and ETH)

Just got paid at 0.2

I received my payment yesterday!!! So happy that the week wasn't a complete loss. If Dwarfpool would of at least replied back, or had a means of informing it's users about issues, it would made the whole experience better.

I just got paid after 6 days. This is nothing to do with SmOS.

This pool should have some announcement and comunication with users. Its not normal to treat people this way.

Finally after a week of exitement I got payed-out by Dwarfpool.
They did not show any message on their page about this issue and it looks like normal again.
B.T.W. are some or all of you who had/have this issue also using Simplemining as OS ?
Just try to figure out if this also could be a part of the problem...

Okay, finally got my payment late today. Still switching pools. The support is garbage.
Try out ethpool for awhile I guess. Anything is better than that mess

Same for me too.  I already switched to Ethermine and they didn't have a problem with a payout of .05, but I'd like to try a smaller pool.  Anyone have any suggestions for smaller pools?

Same for me, the auto payout it's not working. More than a week i have received nothing. I requsted manual payout the 4th, nothing yet.
I droped off couple of mails to their admin, no answer. I think I will be swithing pools tomorrow if i don't get payed.
Anyway it sucks, because I see a lot of payout from their wallet even some slow ones 0.01 eth.

Its now been 5 days, still no reply to support request, no social media posts or announcement on their own site.
Either they are doing a runner with our coins or the Ethereum system it completely borked, and not fit for purpose as the insufficient minuscule amount of transactions it can handle is causing its death. Im not wasting any more time & energy mining ETH or trading with ETH, ill never get my money out.

Well, I have 0.55695666 ETH sitting and still no payout - super bummed as I needed the payout to help pay for electric cost...

It's a shame that we can't spread hashrate across a network. Ultimately won't matter with these spineless consumers today, we put people and organizations in power just to let them abuse us.
I bet if dwarfpool dropped 50% hashrate today, we'd get an actual response, or even bigger surprise.

I quit dwarfpool 3 months ago and Im so glad I did. They would have constant problems with every single coin they have, on both the fundamental stratum connection level and the payments side.

seem to be that way. you can try to click manual payment when u hit 0.5 and see if triggered payout.

Do You say that above 0.5 eth mined will be  paid out automatic ?

apparent the fees still high therefore payout will not be trigger.

Same problem here. Mining on dwarfpool continues to work but no automatic nor manual payouts working. several emails sent to admin unanswered. I decided to point my rig to another pool until they solve their apparent problems.

Looking at the payout's for the day and most are .5 ETH and higher with a few at .3 and .4. I'm at .48, so I'm going to get it to .5, then move to a dif pool. Also I just shot them a tweet along with another email...I think it's funny that their main page says: Excellent Support 24/7 in english, pyccкий, deutsch

but for now i just switched to another pool

They should at least announce what is happening.

Requested 2 times an explanation about this to Dwarfpool but they do not reply.
Finally I found the link here with the explanation of the possible problem.
Last payout on 26th of june and requested manual payout 2 days ago and still pending.....
Have to wait until the lords descend from their throne and give their workers their reward for the work they do for them

Seems like its old issue that was reported over a year ago, with mining empty blocks, and processing their own stuff 1st.
Which was/is ?Manipulating the blockchain, congesting transactions, damaging the coin, and manipulating the price. A clear case for legal action if found true.

There is no news on their twitter, so I guess this option is possible, but there could be other reasons why they are late with payments. I truly hope that its some kind of maintenance or some technical issue, because it would be bad if we were left without our earnings. But it would not be the first time that someone run with other people coins...
