Sometimes I too believe a singular entity, not necessarily one person, is behind this move. Whether their aim is profit or something more sinister, I don't know. What I do know is that they're building a big audience. Let's hope they aren't planning for a big spectacle.

what if some Government or evil forces are behind buying up little by little, mining like crazy also.. saving all the coins, to do something bad with them when timing is right.. could this kill bitcoin, or crash it totally ? it would be naive to think they just do nothing at all, the way price is going up.. They must be planing something ? im a little paranoid about this scenario

Illuminati is buying them all.

They are going to fund the FEMA concentration camps with them.

BTC trades more like the internet stocks did in the late 90s.   Take YHOO for example.  Some days it would trade millions of shares yet if an institution stepped in and tried to buy 100k shares, it would lift the bids enormously.  WHY?   Because the market was MUCH thinner than it appeared by the volume.   Day traders on just started and their non board lot purchases were small but occurred all day long.  I imagine Gox counts volume like nasdaq not like NYSE (one trade = 2 for volume, they count the buy as a print and the sell as a print) so that also reduces how much true depth there is on GOX.
What I am trying to explain is that if you wanted to buy an build even a small position in BTC, you would probably move the market just like when you try to build a position in a thinly traded stock.

It is me. I own 10 million bitcoins.

Tomorrow I will sell them all.

Or the more likely scenario...this is a big world with a lot of people who are just now hearing about Bitcoins and are investing (especially with the price in China and Europe jumping ahead of the US price).

I am analyzing the buying cycle, it just began from one day to another, thats for me a big sign that a big investor started to buy from 14-15$.
There might be a lot of people participating on this bullish market actually but I suspect a big investor being still the mayor buyer. We also see it when someone is buying 5k-10k worth of bitcoins on mtgox at once, its one person and not several.

What do you think about it?

What kind of risks are associated with it when someone have more than 50% of Bitcoins, can he change anything on the bitcoin system?

No.
