First and foremost, there's disconnect between most security agencies and departments and that have caused serious danger and problems much more than we thought or imagined. Not even only when something is fishy is going down but in an ordinary situation, there's that disconnect between those quarters.
Now, let's relate it back to this case again, whether there's a fishy incident there or not, on no account should we witness a situation where a police unit or branch will disregard information that is coming from another unit or branch of the police.
