I just thought since he was not buying or selling a service, the META would be a better fit
I would be as wrong as this section, maybe even more misfit.

I know e-coin runs a sig campaign in the bitcointalk forum.
Not for ages. The last round closed in December.

So I figured he/she would get help faster there is all.
It's not about "getting help faster", but rather about posting in the right section, which meta certainly wouldn't be.

No worries, I was trying to help the user get it resolved.



I think you need to post this in the META section, not services.
How exactly is a problem with the service e-coin related to the forum (that's what the meta section is for, discussions about the forum itself in general)?
Service discussion however would be a better fitting section.

I'm not 100% sure if this post had any influence on it but my deposit has just cleared.

Hello,

I deposited BTC into my E-coin account 4 days ago and it still shows on my account as pending even thought there are well over 100+ confirmations.

I have attempted to contact their support but I have yet to get a response.

Any suggestion on what to do next? The amount of BTC isn't significant and I could just take the loss but I'd like to at least try to see if I can get this issue resolved.
