I would be as wrong as this section, maybe even more misfit.I know e-coin runs a sig campaign in the bitcointalk forum.
Not for ages. The last round closed in December.So I figured he/she would get help faster there is all.
It's not about "getting help faster", but rather about posting in the right section, which meta certainly wouldn't be.No worries, I was trying to help the user get it resolved.
I think you need to post this in the META section, not services.
How exactly is a problem with the service e-coin related to the forum (that's what the meta section is for, discussions about the forum itself in general)?Service discussion however would be a better fitting section.

I'm not 100% sure if this post had any influence on it but my deposit has just cleared.
