These days bootstrapping is easy and the best way to test your idea. Plenty of tools on the interwebs. Check the reviews if you go the WordPress plugin way.

Go the cheap way and see if your target audience likes it. If it goes big, invest in developers/agencies and become a serious business.
if it goes bust, no big financial damage would happen. Wink

Hey there I know you are looking for a web designer because you will also do a make-over of your site but there is also options for you to implement Bitcoin payments now with the use of payment gateways like BTCPay, [center=https://bitpay.com/]Bitpay[/center], and Coinbase Commerce that last to supports Bitcoin payments that can automatically be coverted to fiat. But if you purely want to accept Bitcoin payments with 0% fees I would recommend you using BTCPay since you will be removing additional cost as well as also accept other cryptocurrencies.
