Thank you.  Smiley I've read these  news http://www.dnaindia.com/india/report-first-time-in-the-country-ed-raids-a-bitcoin-seller-in-ahmedabad-1941187
http://www.coindesk.com/indian-authorities-swoop-buysellbitco/

I know those are old news but i wanna know if it is already legal now? I just wanna make sure that our sellers wont get any problem. Will they still have their privacy? I hope you don't mind. How would i know that those exchanges are legit? I've got interested with unocoin.com because of their merchant gateway, just worrying of the privacy of my sellers if ever i use them as payment gateway and not just use by our sellers as exchange. Everyone wants their privacy.

 Thank you

In terms of service both provide smooth UI design but Coinsecure is still buggy. That is my opinion as an user of the site.

However, in terms of service fees Coinsecure beats Uno at any given day.
Example, at Uno, current sell price of 1 BTC = 25937INR and on top of that they'll charge 259+38 as service fee and tax.
While you can easily get 28000 per BTC at Coinsecure and they charge 0.3% of the sale value.

The prices at Uno are controlled by the people running Uno while prices at Coinsecure are controlled by a free trading live market.

We have a new e-commerce that most sellers are from India. They only receive bitcoin as payment. May we know how can they  exchange their bitcoin to fiat so we can give them step by step instructions? thank you
They can either use Coinsecure.in or Unocoin.com
They are the most popular exchanges that support Bitcoin to Fiat conversion. You can also reach out to the people behind either of these entities to make the process somewhat semi or fully automated with minimal risk.

I appreciate this information but I wanted to know which one charges least as service fee .
