I search for US, UK, France, Japan and some other countries. In all the countries that I searched for, paternity fraud is not illegal.

Some countries will not even allow you to do the DNA test unless it become a court case.

I do not know if this is totally true:

like no country has any law against this devilish crime. ... Both are immoral but not illegal

Something like this and romance scam are not illegal. Men should dey wise.

If by so, women are at advantages if by so doing no law to regulate paternity fraudulence.
Let me quickly revert us to my previous thread in relative to the Op here.

As the title is detailed visible.
women cheap these days but benefiting more

It's just all up to men to wise up.

Let us hope that the legal system in Nigeria recognizes the significance of this matter and takes the necessary steps to establish consequences for paternity fraud. It is only through justice and accountability that we can strive towards a society where such deceitful acts are discouraged and the rights of innocent individuals are protected.
There are heavy critical consequences for some activities that violates the laws governed by a country. Fraud is one of the popular vices that have dominated the country and commonly found in every states. Individuals will always know what they're here for and not jeopardizing the chances of winnings because these opportunities are scarce. Individuals ought to know the important aides coming our way, never to hold down but continue pushing for the betterment of the country. Nigeria is a corrupt nation and there have never been enough aides to develop the country.

Paternity fraud is now becoming something normal since there’s no penalty for it and the assaulter is left free while the victim lives with that bondage for the rest of their life. I am not a judge but the judgment on paternity fraud is bias and the man suffer it the most. I don’t know how long they’ll make this illegal in Nigeria, but maybe after some other big countries take a big step to clamp down on this people, maybe we can have a reduced case of it. In some religions, once you are married, going for DNA test is even illegal even when you find out your partner is wanting of involving in extramarital affairs. This is a very serious case that some people believe in and some turn deaf ears to it. There should be penalty for such frauds, if there’s one, their will be reduced cases of it.

Frustration no mean crime, say man dey frustrated no mean say make another person die... This one no means defence for paternity fraud...
At least e no get direct dealings with politicians so implementation go possible if e become legal tender and e go make sense, cuz e dey wicked like any other crime...
I no even understand wetin you dey talk, and wetin you mean by if e become legal tender?
And wetin exactly you mean by frustration no mean crime and say man dey frustrated no mean say make another person die?
You just dey confuse person, dey follow confuse yourself.
Is like you never see another level of frustration before, cos if you jam am, your mind go touch ground.
Person go first die first before you know say na crime abi?

And who dey talk about make another person die here? Wetin I dey talk be say, make them Fyn better punishment knack people wey dey indulge in paternity fraud, even if na. The least jail term to fit dey take punish offenders make them dey think twice before them do am.
If e become legal tender simply means if paternity fraud becomes punishable by law quoting OP..
As for this 1 say frustration no mean say make person commit crime (correct this one)
And say if person dey frustrated no means say make another person die. Bcuz u talk about murder of which person no get reason and excuse to murder  or commit other crimes under the law...

Yes you talk about the punishment for people wey do paternity fraud , but the other vibes wey go give no follow nah...

Check out OP, check ma first response and the corrections you go see as I talk say frustration no be reason to commit murder or any crime as you been talk about frustrated person to commit murder and other crimes...
And you go see am say I no dey confused or dey confuse anyone here...

This paternity fraud wahala don really too much, especially for we country Naija. Maybe the reason them never make am illegal for those countries na because the women for those countries no dey really abuse am the way our women for Naija dey do am. I mean it's like it's normalized in Nigeria that a women will be guilty of paternity fraud and just get away with it without facing any penalties.

This same issue don send some men to their early graves because of thinking, some men don even dey forced to take irrational decisions like to commit murder and other crimes out of frustration and yet na the man them go consider to be the real criminal when the real criminal don go free. Na person emotions and mental health them dey carry play with and they say it's only immoral but not illegal.

I feel the law isn't taking its cause in this issue, because the law is meant to punish offenders and this is basically an offence that's worth punishment but they choose to overlook it while an innocent person suffers for the offence.

If you check am well, na big cheating and legislative authorities gats make amendments for this section make this thing for no go cause big wahala wey go loud.

Is very painful and heart breaking for a man to train a child that is not his from childhood to adulthood and later find out the child is not his.
A lot of women are now doing this on purpose they sleep around and when they get pregnant they fine the available man and pin it on him knowing fully well the child is not his, this is wickedness and there should be punishment for such.
In Nigeria there is no punishment for paternity fraud, a woman can get pregnant for another man and decide to pin it on an innocent man and the man not knowing accept and takes care of her till she gives birth after birth and the man finds out the truth through the help of a DNA test of not being the biological father of the child the woman lives the man's life with the child without any punishment for fraud or deceiving an innocent man.
There should be punishment for paternity fraud in Nigeria.
