I will choose 1: I always encourage new ideas, bold and different. That will be very difficult but I hope you can succeed with this idea.
I see your coin appear on small Exchange . Try to put them on larger Exchange. Many people will know about your coin

Hi EAGLE holders, we are thinking token based on Ethereum will be not popular in this year 2018 and only Coins on separate blockchain will have a success.
Right now every time we want to stake or send EAGLE we need to pay gas using Ethereum which is not effective.
We are thinking to create a new coin then swap it with the current EAGLE which is an ERC20.
The new EAGLE will have these blockchain features:
1. Supports multiple types of digital assets
2. Smart Contract which support decentralized applications
3. Consensus Mechanism
4. Quantum Resistant
5. Atomic Swap
6. Cold Staking
We believe all the features above will make EAGLE more valuable and fly high.
We will conduct another survey for further details.
