This is not the first time i see this service. I try to see if it's real or a scam. But I can not understand. Anyway I leave here a piece of advice to the author. You can create a faucet to promote your advertising and offer some bitcoins.
Your Payment is low and the transaction fee might or us higher than your payment, and you are in red truth, .......this is complicating to trust.

Even if he pays, do you really want his dust bitcoins added to your bitcoins? His reward is smaller than the transaction fee needed to spend the bitcoin he will send. At most, he will bloat your transaction fees when you spend your coins. Doing this is just a waste of time.
