The creator of the topic is not being transparent to the participants, why does he/she need to hide it? For what He/She did is not good for me, It is like a coinbase or merchant who accepted bitcoin as mode of payment.

Well, if the company really allows foreigners to use their services then I will disagree to the term "abuse". jmigdlc99 is just maximizing the privileges for coins.ph users. Besides, it will also help promote coins.ph to more people, the company don't need to advertise in TV with this referral program. They really do pay if you get your account verified.
But I don't think that the said company would allow this much abuse on their referral program.

Indeed, you will be asked for a valid ID as part of the requirements here in our country. For eight months of using coins.ph, I never had a problem regarding my identity and I am confident enough that they won't disclose your information to anyone or use your identity for any illegal transactions.

I strongly agree with you. What if it is a scam site and i will be cheated? It is not a good way to earn 1$ by giving all my personal data to a person whom i don't know. So, it would be a silliness to do so. Because first i believe in my safety. There are many other way to earn dollars without blundering our safety.
