This is most likely an email address farm. There are some dishonest admins who will payout high earnings in exchange for your email, and then sell your email addresses as a list to buyers, which is illegal.
I created a disposable email to sign up for some shady faucets before, and that inbox is now FILLED with spam.
Not saying that the sites in OP's list are email farms, but it's highly likely that they are.
Protip: Create a disposable email address if you decide to check the sites out.

seems OP has to announce his faucet rotator but i was only seen 4 faucet sites even those faucets give high rewards i think these still less and i guess OP must be add more new faucets because 4 faucets on rotator it's not good enough for me
It's a pitty that you must register with email confirmation but it are at least good paying faucets.
