Guys still some people make good amount with faucets....
I don't recommend if you have good skills...u can give services and accept btcs...instead of using faucets...but for newbies who are unfamiliar with btcs..its good as they will know the value of bitcoins...

Most likely yes. But it seems a lot of faucets and faucet rotators make it in beginners for a bit. It's a grab for referrals on most.

I will admit there are some that add things such as automatically putting your address in the faucet. But most are same old thing just with referral link. Myself I cannot get excited for a few cents with hours of work.
