I think your offer is not legal. It is very risky task for every legal member. I would like to advice you to read forum terms carefully. There is a clear saying that Multiple accounts are prohibited.

I think forum terms does not allow a person to run more than one accounts.
Instead of paying members, you can do it yourself by posting daily. This way you can can make your account rank up quickly.
This sounds fishy, you are going to hire someone to post for your alt account that's into signature campaign and you'll pay $5 for making "quality" post. You shouldn't do this and your "WARNING" clearly tells us that you are also scared of what you are offering.
