Horiguchi participated in founding an IT venture firm.
Horiguchi has involved in designing and managing an automobile database,
which covers all the automobile sales in Japan, and creating a website for a leading publisher.
After these projects, he has gone into the mobile phone industry and launched and managed
more than 40 projects of carrier official websites.
To pull in more customers, he has also involved in the development and operation of affiliate websites.
Meanwhile, from as early as 2006, he has designed a CMS for his firm’ s web-magazine and experienced SEO and UI design.
Eventually, he also has started editing the magazine.

Higa is an engineer specializing in project management.
