It's a nice idea, why not. But I wouldn't think of this too much, unless I really have very very much free time Cheesy It's enough to understand that we must live ecologically in all meanings of this word

Of course, we don't know that the core is magma. Magma could be a near-surface thing, caused by friction from the movement of the plates. The core might be hollow, or it might be water.

Science knows the core is iron and nickel

friction from the movement of the plates ..Yes the friction could be way worse if we keep sucking earth blood for fuel ..
Imagine your bike chain with no oil on it..

And at the core of a human we are bones just dry bones..

All the things that grow on our bones is nice..
Sometimes though we can grow a cancer on our bones are we that cancer to the earth?..

I say no because the earth made us with brains to seed the universe to make new life find new life and discover new sciences to help us live on forever
so our future children can live on and on with happiness ..

No god except the earth so worship the earth recycle your plastic ..

The earth knows that you have recycled your plastic because when you recycle it your mind have give off a sense that the earth feels it senses it
When you don't recycle you give of no feeling of helping the earth ..

The great Bruce Lee ..FEEL

He wasn't just great at martial arts ..

Like a finger pointing to the moon concentrate on the finger and you will miss all the heavenly glory..

Bruce lee a martial artist but put that in politics ..concentrate on the finger and you will miss all the heavenly glory..

Although he meant don't just watch the fist in case you get kicked you could add it to politics ..

Don't concentrate on the politicians words because you will miss all the robbing they do Wink Cheesy..

concentrate on the finger and you will miss all the heavenly glory^^ same same^^..

The earth is alive so if you want to ask for anything ask the earth ..It wont answer you though only me after a few spliffs..

We can assume that we are a particle of some huge creature, that our solar system is an atom, and our planet is an electron revolving around an atom. Galaxies are the cells that together make up the matter of this being.

Interesting but not probable.  Cells need to communicate with each other and galaxies are thousands of years communication distant.

I think a better analogy is an ocean filled with soap bubbles.  Each bubble pops into existence (with the big bang) and then eventually entropies and pops (the bubble gets reabsorbed into the water).  This happens over and over forever.

One thing for sure, there isn't an old guy with a beard that made these trillions of stars and planets just for us.   Cool

Imagine this:

Earth and other Planets are Conscious living beings just like humans & Animals.
We humans are a specie of bacteria, Animals are another Bacteria species while Insects are viruses.
Humans (bacteria) finally develop a way to travel through space to live on Earth-like Planets just as Bacteria learned to travel through air to infect other humans. Humans cannot survive on non-Earthlike Planets just as human dwelling bacteria can't survive on anything other than humans.
Dangerous Chemicals/living organisms on other Earths can react or violently attack the humans to defend the planets just as humans antibodies defend the bodies against bacteria. This is avoided if the humans develop some special tools to protect themselves from attacks.

So humans travel to other Earths and start using up their natural resources to create artificial structures till the resources are exhausted,  the Earths become vulnerable, we abandon them & march on to other Earths. .

Kidding aside, what if it's confirmed to be true that Earth is Alive. She (Earth) does almost every thing living things such as Humans do. The only thing am not sure about is whether she Reproduces. Of course there is this theory that Earth's moon broke away from Earth when the Planet was hit (sexual intercourse? lol) by big Asteroid ( the Father?). Moon eventually stayed close to Mama & grew slowly to its current size

LOL! This is the funniest theory that I've read so far. Well, I was taking the first part of what you've said seriously, and thinking that it makes sense. But, who knows which is which. The universe is too vast to conclude that we are the only living species. There might be some planet that has living species other than humans. So, somehow what you're saying here makes sense, but kind of funny though. You have good sense of humor!  Cheesy

Its more likely alive that it is flat. So I'll give you that. But I just don't see how rocks can count as living flesh.. I suppose our views on life are just narrow and we need to expand our thinking. Perhaps the crust is just the skin and the dried up rocks are just like our dried up skin. It flakes off and falls.. While the core is still hot magma churning and moving about like its alive. I think I'm liking this theory more and more.

Im pretty sure the earth is alive and concious, now what being concious as the earth may be completely sifferent compared to our conciousness. It may feel touch and hear with completely different senses or its senses may not be anything like ours at all... but it is def concious and alive if the earth wasnt alive we wouldnt be alive

It could be possible. Theres no telling if your theory is false but i kinda also thought of your idea in the past. What if we are just a small particle living in a more complex world with other living beings that is the unknown to us humans because we are just a particle. Well no one can tell if its true but i am interested.

It's a nice thought if you've nothing to do and are just looking at nothingness pondering things that are beyond your comprehension. A bit creative if you think about it

One time when I was on mushrooms I had a strange cerebral experience which isn't too dissimilar to what you're putting forth.

Without ingratiating my own ego with too many details, I basically died and became one with Earth and I felt I was Earth, and I could feel the twist and torque of my crust sliding unto and apart from itself, and I could feel the hot magma spewing forth from me like blood, and it was as though I was in a compressed state of pain and the compression became greater and greater before what I can only explain as the greatest relief. It was as though I had exploded or been burnt away and I could feel myself and all my particles scattering across the universe, connected by one conscious experience, visiting planets and peoples who were at all different shades of stages in their lives, stages I'd known and been at before. The conscious experience got wider and wider and eventually I could feel myself looking over the universe, not in a God-like way, but like you'd look at a Mother or Father, Daughter or Son. Like you'd look at an old friend.

Then something happened in Batman Forever and I had a different flavour of trip.

Honestly though, regardless of what that experience "means" (other than they was good shrooms), it's only instilled me with hope.

Leviticus 18:28:
And if you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it vomited out the nations that were before you.

So the earth must be alive.

Are you insinuating that the Earth we live on is sentient like Peter Quills father in the Guardian of the Galaxy or like Mogo of the Green Lantern, I really doubt that your theory is really true because if it was with the pollution happening all over the planet, it would have killed us all. We are a destructive species thats for sure.
