I would say Localbitcoins too.
Actually Localbitcoins don't sell bitcoins themselves, but people like you and me put up their coins for sale on the site.
is localbitcoins legit? i did not feel much security when I had a look at it.....
Go to Localbitcoins, take the customer's phone number and meet them in person. Voila! Localbitcoins is out of the equation

You should be able to reply to the thread as this is after all in the newbie section. The only issue you might be facing is that you have to wait about ~5-10 minutes between each posts as part of the anti-spam rules in place until your account develops enough activity to post on a regular basis without time constraints.

I bought 4 back in March this year from bitbargain.co.uk and whilst i'm pleased at the value increase i'm not liking bitbargain's application charge of 0.4BTC in order to sell, is there a cheap and easy alternative ?

hes got good rep so hes trusted. and hes alot easier to deal with than any exchange, if you have the coin he will buy it
