Well most of the exchanges require SEPA payment unless they are domestic.
Im not sure how reputable Coinfloor is but there does not seem to be many of exchanges that are in UK.
I recommend cash trades via localbitcoins if you want to trade in UK, however SEPA transfers to coinbase should not take longer than around 2-3 days.

If you want the lowest fees, you'll have to settle for exchanges which require verification, if not well tthen there should be some options in UK as well.
