Just to clarify, this isn't for a totally new site. glbse.com is there, this is an update, a few new buttons and a banner, that's pretty much it.

Actually it's just a few images/buttons I need, maybe a little css to place them correctly
So I want a nice, shiny Web2.0 image that looks something like the red/yellow/green stripe going across.
Nice pretty signup button (that partially goes over the background image (which is a link BTW)
A get Capital Now button/sticker
and a slightly restyled nav menu.
All the above should fit the general theme of GLBSE as it currently is.
Feel free to make any changes you think work well.
Needs to be done by Friday.
