Bitrex isn't good for newbies, that is only good if you had enough knowledge in alt coins already and you are willing to verify and enhance your accounts there.

thanks guys for all your feedbacks, I found a lot of people outside complaining about the ergonomy of these platforms. And to be honnest, I really prefer shapeshift style platforms to Bittrex and Cryptopia.
Good thing that you had chose shapeshift, that's what I'm suppose to suggest you and anyway since you had found many good answers here you may now close the thread.

Hi Everybody,

Do you know a plateforme easy to use to buy altcoins, i know Poloniex, Bittrex, Cryptopia are very efficient for trading, but for a beginner or just someone who wants to buy an altcoin, is not very easy to use. I found https://shapeshift.io/ which is easy to use and whose the interface is very user-friendly, but a lot of altcoins are not available there (Groestlcoin or Qtum). if you know services like shapeshift, it would be a great help.
Thanks a lot.
For newbies, it is very easy and smooth to use changelly.com to buy altcoins. The platform allows users to buy or exchange between a large range of altcoins.
I am not sure enough whether changelly has the suppory of coins you are looking for or not but it is highly rcommended to newbies.
Very friendly interface with instant swap of coins between altcoins.

I know many do hate yobit but for a beginner I can say that it's a good one to try out. They've loaded with tons of alt coins and for a newbie can wants to try it out there's no need for verification unlike those big and popular exchanges now. That's what I like in yobit, there's no need for verification and so far no experience of delayed withdrawals unlike many are complaining about the support. We just do have different experiences with this exchange but qtum and your other preferred coin isn't there too.

I agree, yobit is very easy to use than other exchangers, rarely have maintanance, I have encountered a problem withdrawal, and I contacted yobit team, only matter of minutes problem solved and I can get my coin back, as you said do not need some verification, but for beginners it is very easy to use
They do rarely implement a maintenance and it's only happening when they are going to list a new worthless coin. You are one of the luckiest person in the world to get a fast answer to your problem. Well I'm not endorsing them or associated with them but this is my experience. But still it's better to rely to those exchanges that blue3ix will be comfortable of using, try all of them or maybe 2-3 exchanges and see for yourself on what is the exchange that fits your satisfaction.

I think bittrex and poloniex are popular exchangers and also easy to use.
If you want to trade groestlcoin and qtum, you can see the market here.
