I think that YouTube has updated their terms with these type of channels. I've read it somewhere that it's not as easy as that with those contents to make money anymore.

I don't know, maybe try to look for those contents explaining that it's not it used to be anymore when YT has updated their policies regarding these contents that are monetizable.

If you think that's very simple to make money from youtube then you are wrong, yes it is possible to make money but the initial stage of creating a channel from scratch is not everyone's job and the channel might still not get attention that it deserves even after consistency with their content and uniqueness and everything but the one who copies the trend may get more views and subs than the actual content creator which is possible with the marketing, branding and PR so its more competitive than you imagine.

Well I do not think there is a easy way to make some quick money on youtube. There is many marketing schemers on there and we all know people like to sell stuff on there too.

But I think those days are gone now for making quick profit from youtube. And with what you said there might be a Copyright problem if they are using music of someone else.

Profit isn't exactly "quick" anymore but it can certainty be easy, or passive since not much effort is really put in for these sorts of channels. That's one thing I've discovered. I have seen other channels that also do a bunch of reuploading or very low effort videos over and over as well..

It really depends if this uploader got permission from the original artist because from what I know, an uploader can not get their videos monetized if what they uploaded was uploaded without permission your video might even get blocked if you get involved in copyright issues with the original artist

I think they're bypassing it, hiring people to create their own spin off remix of the original song. I believe that this is allowed in youtubes monetization policy.

That YouTube channel is really onto something, recycling the same tunes and scenes on different channels. It's kinda cool how they've figured out a formula that's making them money and getting loads of views. Once they did the initial work, it's like a smooth ride to online success! They've basically nailed the game of reusing their stuff with the same guy in the thumbnails, making it a brand people recognize. Smart move, less hassle, more views, and cash.

I may make another thread, counting all of the ways I've seen simple easy things or low effort get successful on YouTube.

Something interesting I've found for a while is how this YouTube channel, created on Nov 13, 2023 was able to achieve great lengths of success.

https://www.youtube.com/@DeepRadio112/videos

At first, it's just a typical music remix channel. But as you look upon its other it's just the same music being replayed throughout each video, just at different times. The scenes are also probably the same too. If you look at the neighboring channels they also play that same music, some different but others the same, all branding themselves as radio channels. For the thumbnails, they're just that same man. A similar channel I've randomly came across about a week ago also has that same man in the thumbnails.

It is crazy and I feel like it's some guy with multiple different music remix channels, making money off the same stuff he's made, just reuploading them onto all of his youtube accounts, making lots of money and views and it is fantastic seeing how easy it is to earn money online like that once the hard work and initial costs are done.
